Staff was great and very accomodating.

Tony was great at giving me updates as to how their progress was, he had a dent taken out while it was there and they gave me a loaner car!!! Great people and service.

Reconciled from previous visit.

Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and checked on my vehicle and the person at that time said that I was not even on a repair techs list. I left very unsatisfied. This time I had a 9 am appointment and Tony said it would probably take a couple of hours. I explained my previous experience and he said he would see what he could do. This time I was out of there in 1 hour flat! No complaints this time. Thanks Tony for the effort and the care.

Customer service/3259

Tony is always very pleasant. He is always here on a Saturday which is the only time I can bring my car in for service. Tony has been with me the whole 50,000 miles. I Rate Tony's customer service at 110 percent. I will continue to bring my car to Classic because of the 5 star treatment I receive upon arrival.

good job

I was seen promptly and all work was done in a timely manner. I can take my car in on a Saturday which is very convenient. I also enjoy the coffee!!

Repair

I went into dealership for a recall on my vehicle and to have it serviced. I was welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Robert Hart did a great job checking on parts, explaining costs, and when vehicle would be ready. Vehicle was repaired as promised, at cost stated, and on time. Mr. Hart called me when it was ready and made sure to review the work.

The experience with GMC with very good, Mary Williams was very help in my experience. Will be back for an oil change in 3 months.

best car buying experience i have ever had

I purchased a 2015 Yukon from classic, from Gina dunkin. they are very professional but you also feel like you are buying a car from a friend not a salesman. it is not one of those places where you have to go spend half a day haggling to buy a car. it is over 3 and a half hr trip for me and she allowed me to send her pics of my trade in and gave me the exact amount that they would give me for the trade. the vehicle i wanted they did not have on their lot but they got it for me within 3 days and charged me no extra fees to me. i would highly recommend Gina to anyone interested in buying a car. she answered every question i had promptly even if she wasn't at work I could just send her a message and she would get right back to me i recommend classic and Gina in particular to anyone . weather it is your first time to buy a car or your tenth she is the saleswoman for you. I didn't have to haggle about the price of the car just told them the price that I felt was right for this car and they said ok. i felt like i was buying a car from a friend not a salesperson. and as far as price goes i checked with 3 other dealers and the closest one was still 3000 higher than classic. Classic is the place to buy from, and Gina is the person to buy from. this was my second gmc from there but wont be my last.

Very Friendly and Great Customer Service!

You just don't find good customer service anymore yet I found it in Mary Williams. She was was truly polite, professional, , and friendly, all the while providing excellent customer service! She ensured I understood what my service was going to cover and what the recommended service included and the cost. Then to top it off the dealer even washed my car - WOW, I was surprised indeed! In addition to all this she gave this old military retiree a 15% military discount!! Thanks you Mary and Classic Buick for supporting the troops and the great service!

Excellent Customer Service out of town customer

Tony provided fantastic customer service-my car broke down on a trip from FL to NC. I had to get a rental car after hours and hope that my car was going to be taken care of. Tony and Tracy provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process- I'm in NC and my car was left in AL- they kept me informed and assured me every step of the way, from towing my car, to diagnosing what was wrong, until I ultimately had the car returned. Tony called me with updates to assure me all was being taken care of.I could not be more satisfied with what was a challenging situation given the distance and the fact I never even met them. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the service department- Satisfied in NC
