We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you experienced during the title process for your vehicle purchase. Waiting from December until the end of April is far longer than anyone should expect, and just as importantly, not receiving timely callbacks only added to that frustration. There are times when title processing can be delayed due to lender, DMV, payoff, or state-related issues outside of the dealership’s direct control, but communication should never fall short regardless of the situation. You deserved updates, follow-up, and responsiveness throughout the process. Your feedback is taken seriously, and I hate that your experience left you feeling ignored. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I apologize for the experience. Esteban Ramirez General Manager
