Hidden Fees and Low Trade Appraisal

Dealt with Mia first and then Gregory. I was very close to driving from Massachusetts to New Jersey to buy a car. Wasted a lot of time figuring out finances and transportation before find out there's a $6,000 fee on top of their price. Tell me where you disclose that anywhere. I lost trust in them after that. Also, their trade in appraisal was quite low.

El peor dealer de nj.

El peor dealer de nj. Me vendieron un carro que no sirve a los 3 días después me manejarlo me dejó botado lo llevé a que lo chequearan me dijeron que no tiene ningún problema lo fui a traer ayer y ayer mismo me dejó tirado nuevamente y ellos me dijeron que haga lo que yo quiera porque el carro ya fue pagado y que ya no es problema de ellos. Dios mira todo y ellos son unos estafadores mañana comenzaré hacer lo necesario con un abogado porque tengo todas las pruebas de la basura que me vendieron

Wow the guy working here (Neil Hutkin) was incredibly

Wow the guy working here (Neil Hutkin) was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and I. When I asked for the breakdown of the fees and saw $3,000 "dealership fee" and asked what this entailed, he immediately got very defensive and cocky with me. "Well that's our PROFIT." Plus an additional $1,000 for a GPS tracking system they already install, that if I didn't want on the car I still had to pay around $300 for it to be removed. And I knew already how much that car would be worth, and knew they were making a profit off of the listed price to begin with. These additional fees are insane!! The car was a used 2017, not in the absolute best condition, with some scratches, pretty rough seat tears, and 3 different tires on the car with one having a gash in it. And when I asked about the 3 different tires and gash in the one, all he said was that he didn't know anything. But yet ended up being $6,000 more than what it was listed at. Very sketchy and would never pay that much in a dealership fee. The guy kept saying things that was contradicting what he previously said or contradicting the point he was trying to "prove", and got increasingly rude and disrespectful to me. Then my boyfriend jumped in to give his sense since he has bought and sold multiple nice cars, and the worker responded by laughing in our face and saying "Please, I don't want to hear that from you, you're way too young to have bought that many cars." So it was clear that because we are young, he was trying to step all over me, take advantage of me, assume we did not know anything, and thought it was okay to be insanely disrespectful to us. We ended up walking out and I made sure to tell him that it is a terrible business model to be disrespectful to customers for whatever reason, especially when it all started by me asking what a $3,000 fee they had was. So rude, I would never ever give this guy $3,000 of my money for his profit. Ended with me telling him off for being rude and us leaving and just laughing about how disrespectful he was to us. Overall, $3,000 is a ridiculous dealer fee (on top of the other usual fees) and the car should not end up being $6,000 over what it was listed at. Would not recommend this place.

I would definitely not recommend this dealer, I haven't

I would definitely not recommend this dealer, I haven't had the car for even 1 week and I already have failures. They did not help me to solve the problem and the process was quite long. DONT BUY A CAR IN THIS DEAER, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Fue una gran experiencia ir a avenue motors, el lugar se ve incredible, tienen buena seleccion de carros y pude encontrar el que quería a buen precio, Erick el vendedor me atendió de buena forma y respondió todas mis preguntas me sentí cómodo y pude llevar el carro a casa el mismo día excelente servicio, definitivamente recomendado para amigos y familia. Se habla español
