Folsom Chevy

We knew pretty much what we were looking for before we stopped at Folsom Chevy, on our way home to Volcanoville. When we got out of our car, Paul asked us if he could help us in any way. We told him what we were looking for, and luckily they had a used Traverse that fit our bill. Paul helped make the final buying process very comfortable, even though it made him 2 hours late for his dinner date with his fiancee. Sorry Paul!! He made it fun to buy a used car. THANKS PAUL P.S. I really dreaded the thought of go to buy a car. Most of the time you walk onto a lot and you get swarmed and feel lots of pressure. We were very happy that nothing like that happened at Folsom Chevrolet. Paul Galvan is one of the coolest car salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. I know when ever we have to buy again the first place that we go will be Folsom Chevrolet.

Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly but felt no pressure to have a salesperson with me while I looked. We sort of knew what we wanted but still wanted to check other makes and models. When we got to the point where we needed answers, Paul was right there. Paul explained that he was fairly new, so he introduced us to a very experienced sales person(I can't remember his, and I don't know why). We came back a few different times, and Paul was always there to assist. I like how they broke down the price showing what exactly we are paying for. They were very clear that they wanted our business, but we never felt any pressure to buy at any time. When it came to financing, the process was smooth with no unexpected surprises. I will definitely go back, because the staff at Folsom Chevrolet are friendly but not patronizing or phony.

I was very happy with the overall experience at Folsom Chevrolet. Paul Galvan was a great sales rep along with Becky O'Leary in the finance office. I enjoyed working with both of them and would go back in the future.
