Are experience at the dealership, was less then acceptable. They made us a low priority because we didn't go with their work. They were twice the price of the nearest competitor.

My recent new car purchase experience was the most enjoyable one I have ever had. Our sales professional was awesome. He was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase. He made numerous follow up contacts to ensure my satisfaction. This was an example of when the Sales Professional was truly a professional. Thank you Folsom Chevrolet!!!

For this most recent service, I made an appointment for my 7,500 mile service that was complimentary since I bought the Silverado at the Folsom dealer. I figured having an appointment would help to maybe speed things up. I had previously looked online and researched an oil change at a Chevy dealer typically takes between 45 minutes to an hour. I checked in 10 minutes early. After check in, I?m told it will probably take between 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but they?ll try to get it done early. A lot longer than I had thought, but they said they?d try sooner, so I?ll wait. At noon (2 hours), I get a text they?re running late and it?s now going to be between 30 and 40 additional minutes. After 3 hours (1pm), and still have not heard anything. I walk into the service center, and my service rep tells me it?s done now. I ask for a free oil change next time, since it took so long, and communication was absolutely ridiculous. I?m told I will be getting an email and to do a survey/questionnaire. I?m told if I give a good review, I?ll get a free oil change. Are you freaking kidding me? Bribery? Really? This dealer is the most dishonest one I?ve ever been to. When I purchased my 2025 Silverado back in August 2025, the experience was so bad, that I questioned the integrity of this dealer. My wife and I almost walked out twice. We were lied to, and harassed to give a ?great? review to Chevrolet because they took that to heart and they wanted Chevrolet to know how good they were. I was harassed as I left the dealer about the survey, received text messages, phone calls, and emails about doing the survey. Based on that, I made the decision to not do the survey, rather than do one, and be brutally honest. Now, I am to the point I want to be honest with the way this dealership is. It?s not okay. Right after I bought my truck initially, I had purchased a spray in bed-liner. I took it to this dealer?s Service center to get it done. The Service rep took my truck to an off-site location. Not a big deal; I understand they cannot do that at the dealer. They did however initiate my SirusXM subscription on their own, and they had rap music blasting thru my stereo when I picked it up after it was done. I was going to wait on starting my subscription until I ready to, but they took it upon themselves to start the subscription, and leave it on an awful channel. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles at different dealers in California and Nevada. I?ve owned other Chevy vehicles, and have been to a lot of Chevy dealers. This Folsom dealer is the worst I have ever been too. Ranging from a bad Sales department, to a bad service center. They are not doing a good job at representing Chevrolet, and trying to bride the customer to get a ?good report card? with Chevrolet. I know based on this review, I am probably not going to get a free oil change because I was honest. I?ll fight that battle on my own.

My service advisor at Chevy Folsom, Tifny Moreno, was proactive and tireless at getting my car repairs covered by my warranty, and communicating the progress of repairs. This vehicle has had numerous issues since purchase and the delays in getting the parts cost me out-of-pocket rental expenses.
