I liked the way Mr. Watt was so inclined to keep running back and fourth for sets of keys for various models that my wife and I wanted to examine. He must have made five trips. In addition, he knows his inventory and had answers for every one of our questions about the Prius, which was instrumental in our decision to buy it.

Eric was friendly, informative, and responsive to all questions (email, in person, phone, etc), and he took initiative throughout the buying experience. He helped me get a great deal, and he made the entire process very easy. It was a real pleasure working with him from start to finish. I would highly recommend asking for Eric Watt when you go to Alexandria Toyota. He will treat you respectfully, whether you are a car expert or you are just looking to learn about your options.

I wish to commend the people of Alexandria Toyota Scion, particularly Mr. Oliver Aguilar and Ms. Cindy Weygandt for their professional and courteous handling of our business. They were very helpful in shaping our decision to buy the 2011 Toyota Camry which we now proudly own now. As for the car, ride and handling is very smooth not to mention its great look!

Jaime was ready to answer any questions we had and to make our purchase experience as pleasant as possible. John McMillan was an excellent sales rep. I knew which model I wanted before I walked into the dealership, and John did an excellent job finding the car that met my needs. I was not pressured into making any decisions and we easily negotiated a deal on my trade-in car. Kristi was also very good in working out the finances and providing a payment plan that matched what I wanted to put down on the car while including additional features. I used Alexandria Toyota for service and maintenance on a previous Toyota I owned and was never disappointed. The sales experience was very satisfying and I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a Toyota.

John McMillan was very helpful and continues to be as I have questions. I am very happy with the RAV4. I only have one problem and that is that i am running the miles up faster than I projected. I also have found that the service branch is also very effective and has answered any questions when I have had them.

Patrick was very helpful when I came in to buy a new car. It was my first time looking for a car on my own and I really had no idea what I wanted. Other than a price range, I wasn't sure what to look for but I couldn't have left happier. Since I have to travel back and forth to school so often, he suggested getting a hybrid to save on gas, which I had never considered before. I would definitely recommend going to Alexandria Toyota and talking to Patrick, especially if it's your first time buying a car.

We went into Alexandria Toyota without knowing anything about the dealership or their employees, but only that they had the 2011 Scion xB that we wanted. Jaime is without a doubt the best, most helpful salesman that we have ever had the honor of dealing with. He made our purchase go as smoothly and as quickly as we could have wished.
