I have been working with Elijah for around a year now...

I have been working with Elijah for around a year now trying to find the perfect car for our growing family. This third time he found us the perfect van with everything I wanted in it and all the employees found a way to get me into the vehicle at the price point I needed stay under and better!!! I am very pleased for how long I have been working with Elijah and would always recommend it over any other dealerships. I am in the Chrysler family for life. Any future business we may have we WILL come back here. He entertained my two year old while doing all of the important paperwork and even 2 hours past her nap time she was very good with him. Elijah made sure we had drinks and snacks and that everyone was comfortable the whole time. I won't ever forget this car buying experience, especially after trying to go elsewhere for a different vehicle during the labor day weekend. Stick with what you know is good!!!

Richard Brown was the best sales person we have ever...

Richard Brown was the best sales person we have ever dealt with, very friendly and he knew the cars I wanted to see. It was a rainy day but we looked around and if it started raining very hard we would duck in where it was dry. He showed us 3 different cars that I wanted to see showed us everything about the cars and we compared what we wanted and what we didn't need. Richard did all the paperwork and still made sure we were ok and if we needed anything to drink. So we drove off in the car we wanted. Thank you Dodge for having Richard Brown there on the day we came in 9-2-2013 Richard& Debra Maberto

Had an outstanding experience! Everyone assisting me with the sale was very professional, knowledgable and genuinely took interest in what I was looking for. Visited the dealership four times during this process and each time received the same outstanding service.

I just had the best car buying experience I've ever...

I just had the best car buying experience I've ever had. Elijah Evans and Shak Zazai are without a doubt a dynamic team of experts. They treated me with the upmost respect and made your that I found the vehicle I was looking for at a great price. They're professionalism was nothing short of perfect. I would recommend that If you're looking for a great deal and a great buying experience give these guys a call, you won't regret it. Thanks again guys!!!

Though I was excited to get the Jeep Patriot, I am...

Though I was excited to get the Jeep Patriot, I am disappointed that dealership didn't live up to their promises. When I made the deal, I had already made my payment in advanced. My salesperson and his manager promised they would make an overpayment to insure I got that payment back. I was also told I wouldn't make my first payment would be until October. Both promises were not kept. I got my refund check. It is only 16.00. I also have make my first payments in September. I agreed to the treatment for the jeep even though I didn't want it. I had to call for the appointment. The service person, Kevin was a man of few words. He treated me as if I was a fly on a wall. He made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was bothering him. He verbally promised my car to be ready at 4:30, but wrote down 6 pm. He stated he would call to let me know when I could pick up the car. He didn't do that. When I called, he told me the car would not be ready until the next day (being a man of few words, Kevin cannot call tell me this). I asked about the rental and if he could extend the voucher. He grunted yes, but because he is a man of few words, he failed to do this. When my car was ready, he did not walk me through. I found what I thought was a scratch. I had to wait 45 minutes to get someone beside Kevin to take care of me (oh I should mention I couldn't find my car. I had to figure out which one was mine) I was so tired that I didn't realize they scratched the plexiglass on the console and radio. They also took out and lost garage door opener. I asked them to find it with no luck. I received a call from the contract guy to come back to sign paperwork. He is the one that needs to help with the refund check. What saddened me they seem like nice people. I had given a higher rating earlier. I regret this. I will be going elsewhere to buy and to install parts I want for the Jeep. I also will tossing the business cards I got and finding new license plates holders so no one feels I am recommending them or implying they should go there.

I checked out two other Dodge dealerships. Elljah Evans...

I checked out two other Dodge dealerships. Elljah Evans with Elk Grove Dodge got me what I wanted. He is professional, informative, no pressure, friendly, knew the inventory, and worked with the finance department and me to get the best possible price. He did a follow up phone call a few days later to see how I like my new Jeep Patriot. He let me know if I needed anything to give him a call. Marc in the finance department was great. The warranty plan offered was excellent. I purchase a new vehicle about every four years. This was the best experience I have had in the past 16 years. I highly recommend Elk Grove Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler and be sure to ask for Elljah.

Zabi was friendly and very patient with us, he actually...

Zabi was friendly and very patient with us, he actually stayed 2 hours later than he was scheduled to work to help us. Shak was able to find us the right vehicle at the right price and payment. Charles was very friendly and professional. This is the nicest experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Thank you all.

last august 24, 2013 saturday after i applied for...

last august 24, 2013 saturday after i applied for financing, sales manager SHAK ZAZAI showed my my two credit scores with credit histories [both very very good]. the problem started when SHAK ZAZAI was FORCING me to sign both documents [with credit scores & credit histories; ones on typing pape; not the formal credit application]. SHAK ZAZAI IS JERK, UNPROFESSIONAL, & IMMORAL . . . trying to force me to sign the two documents resulting to ILLEGAL DETENTION. SHAK ZAZAI is a disgrace to LASHER DODGE JEEP car dealership in elk grove, california. - - -pete b.

Elijah Evans and everyone I worked with at this...

Elijah Evans and everyone I worked with at this dealership was wonderful. I've never purchased a car before. I was exceptionally nervous. Elijah Evans was everything I thought I car salesman could never be; courteous, kind, nonjudgmental, and very knowledgeable about every facet of the experience of a first time buyer. I have no regrets and am very grateful. I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
