Great Experience

Elijah was awesome from the get go. He was on top of things, kept things moving smoothly and kept me informed the entire time of what part of the process was happening. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mr. Evans.

Buy my first car

This was my first car. They made it easy and provided me with all the information I needed. They were friendly and helpful. My new Jeep Wrangler is great.

Very Pleased

Everyone in the dealer that we did business with was fabulous. After all the paper work was finished I looked the entire truck over and it was a very poor wash job. After spending over $60000 I kind of expected a spotless truck. Other than that all was pleasant.

Matt was very helpful with us. even though it was busy he always kept us informed of the status. he let us know what was going on all the time. he was very helpful without being pushy.

Made an appointment , drove 2 hours, Mr. Brown is NOT there

Contacted Mr. Brown to buy a new jeep ( Internet sales) I confirmed my appointment as I had a 2 hour drive. I took the day off of work. ( I'm a teacher) After a runaround at the dealership trying to "find" him, and sitting there over an hour, the truth comes out! He's at a workshop! You'd think he'd notify me; email, call , something. This was NO emergency meeting. (As they first told me) To make a long story short, another hour passes; I get passed to another salesman. I just waned to see the car. I finally get see it on the lot . I ask to test drive it. I wait 45 minutes, only to be told they can't find the keys. I need to go to lunch as I haven't eaten and not a single person asked if I wanted some coffee, a coke ...even water?!! I left my cell phone # with the receptionist , who was the most helpful person at this place). I get a call at lunch from Lasher telling me the jeep I had been communicating to Mr. Brown about, had been sold the day before! The jeep was on the lot! Next thing I'm told ....the jeep might NOT be sold.... They are still trying to find the keys ; another hour passes; seems that the keys are in Mr. Browns office ? (Or that's what I'm told) I'll end my frustrating experience here. All I can say is, "if" you can't make an appointment , have the courtesy to let your customer know; if you have already sold the car or promised it to someone, let the customer know; "if " the car is sold, don't leave it on the lot ; Show some courtesy, and be upfront. :-(

Highly Recomended

We just made our 2nd vehicle purchase at Elk Grove Dodge! The first time around we bought a brand new Ram 1500, and our second was a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Our sales consultant was Elijah and if you're in the market for a new car/truck I highly recoment you go see him or call and make an appointment!! He will not let you down, he really does take time with his clients to make sure you're getting what you came for...seriously!! He was entertaining and even went to get us some starbucks while we waited for finance! It was a pleasure doing business with them and this is where we will purchase any vehicles in the furture!!

Best experience buying a car that I've ever had...

I have never had such an easy time buying a vehicle... And basically over the phone no less. They got all my information, shipped the car to my front door, and the salesman met me at my house upon delivery. That was certainly not expected, especially considering I live 400 miles away from the dealership. Joe Meneghetti was great to work with. Everything promised by Joe was taken care of. Victor Macias did a great job on the final delivery walk through of our truck. Without hesitation we would recommend buying a vehicle from Joe or Victor.

Service Department

I purchased a 2013 Ram from EG and was very happy with dealing with Jay. I have had some issues with my truck having a vibration which I have had into the dealer four times with no results fixing the problem. I have dealt with Kevin in service twice only to be treated like I was bothering him each time. Today,I picked up my truck after dropping it off four days ago for no air conditioning, same vibration,and nothing was fixed. Parts were ordered for the air conditioning and I was told they would be in next week. I asked why these parts couldn't be shipped overnight or two day air, they replied they couldn't do this. It has been near 100 degrees this week. I was also told they would send the truck over to a tire shop to have them tires balanced with a special machine, only to be told today to come pick my truck up as the tire shop's machine was broke. I guess this is the only machine in California because there was no attempt to take it elsewhere. I picked up the truck but took the time to tell Kevin he was the worst service writer I have ever dealt with as I had to call several times this week to get status on my truck. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service department due to the attitude and the way customers are treated.
