Very bad experience there at this dealership car good car

Very bad experience there at this dealership car good car sales has gotten out of control to .uch pushing for sales of xxxxting warranty products that the customer will probably ever use . I was forced and pushed and pushed with unwanted warrantys. It was ridiculous and made me feel very uncomfortable I was excited when I arrived to buy car but because of the pushing on me for warranty and trying to take advantage of me I left there very upset

Would never buy or sell here again.

Would never buy or sell here again. The communication of the sales team, including the sales manager is terrible. Can’t respond to calls, unrealistic time lines and the worst part was that no one could answer my question. The installation of power steps took 1.5 weeks from the day I agreed to purchase the truck. It was not until I threatened to cancel the transaction that I got a call from the GM (within 15 min) who told me the truck was ready to get picked up. The best part of this transaction was that the GM quickly jumped in resolved the issue. I don’t understand how a sales team and sales manager can have this bad communication skills. Also, another highlight was the finance manager. He was on it. Tip for the sales team: don’t assume the sale is executed until the keys are in the consumers hands. Love the truck I bought, just not where I bought it.

Julius was helpful and answered most of my questions. I only wish he was more proactive in keeping me updated on the deal vs me having to initiate to get a status.

The dealership was honest, friendly, offered extremely

The dealership was honest, friendly, offered extremely competitive pricing and had a wide variety of vehicles to choose from. Overall, the experience was excellent, and our sales person (Jacob) was very personable and polite, even buying me a sandwich because of the unexpected extended wait.

The dealership very friendly and staffs are pleasant to work with . Chuck was great and helped to get me the best deal possible. I felt he was very honest and open about the entire selection process to what options to choose form. He really made it easy for my family to choose the right car. I would be sending more of my friends and family there. My only complaint is , it took long time to finish all paper work. I hope the process improves, specially these day and age of technology. Thank Chuck for all your help.

We felt Bao Dao did all he could to make this deal happen as well as the finance manager and sales manager. We’ve been to other dealerships and felt pressured, but not here
