He sat with me and explained all the buttons in the car and helped me set up my bluetooth. Even after I purchased the car, he followed up with me to make sure I didn't have any other questions. No games, no pressure straight forward sales. My wife and I saw a listing in Car Gurus for a CPO Acura RDX. Called to confirm they had it. Met with Randie Coquioco the Friday before Memorial Weekend. We test drove the car and told Randie we were interested but needed to run our numbers. He was very polite not pushy simply said ok. We came back the next day to look the car over again. When we returned we negotiated with Randie and agreed on a very fair price. We told him we needed to go have lunch and would return. Again Randie was polite and agreed. This was great because my wife and I were able to discuss alone and confirm our decision When we returned from lunch we met with Randie to complete our transaction. I told him my wife really wanted the back cargo floor mat. Randie through it in for us. We then met with Jared the finance person. He was very friendly and professional. We were given the special financing Acura was offering with no hidden costs.

We bought a brand new Acura from here. Added extended warranty and GAp insurance. Went back 4 days later to cancel and they said they will cancel and credit the money back to our loan amount. We have been back to Acura 2-3 times to address this issue. We have been told it'll get take care of but it has not. It's now been 7-8 months.
