Really, disappointed with the customer service and

Really, disappointed with the customer service and dealership. First there were clear dents and scratches on the right side which were not visible on the photos, and not disclosed to me. Secondly the salesman added $2,000 for ceramic coating on top of advertised price and said it cannot be removed and is mandatory. Upon my protest, he said he will check with his manager, and came back stating the car is sold. It's a big joke and lie how the dealership sales people entice customers to come in and change their statement and pricing, like Bait and Switch. Never coming to this dealership and will make sure my reviews are posted.

I have never been more surprised by how awful of service

I have never been more surprised by how awful of service that Omar provided my family when trying to get a new car. He was completely dishonest and unprofessional throughout the entire process and kept on trying to add surcharges that were unnecessary. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Dealerships are all as ys expensive, but Tommy is a kind and honest.man. He treats you like family and the rest of the staff is likewise. They may a bunch of people when you walk in, but once you get settled in , you realize how special they are.
