Omar was knowledgeable and the staff were courteous.

Omar was knowledgeable and the staff were courteous. However, Omar pulled a fast one and snuck the $1,995 Perma Shield contract into the deal. Omar told us that the protection coating is included in all their vehicles, and we were led to believe that it was complimentary. They low balled our trade-in value, and pushed back when we provided evidence of it's value. They also tried to push us to accept financing even though we made it clear that we were paying cash. The finance manager pushed very hard for a lot of other add-ons (e.g. key protection, tire & wheel protection, extended warranty, paintless dent repair, etc.). It felt like a hard sell, and we were made to feel that we were idiots for not accepting these important services offered "at cost". Overall, we didn't appreciate the typical dealer experience that everyone hates.

They were an hour late to pick up my car and did not

They were an hour late to pick up my car and did not notify my. I was told there was a glitch in the system and they would send someone immediately. 40 min later no one had shown up therefore i called again and was sent to one person who could not help me and eventually antima who then told me it could be another 45 min because the car the crew had been driving back had broken down. Fortunately another team came by and took my car. Then once it was done I was told it would be sent in 15 min. This call was made at 4:00pm. I did not get my car back until 5:09pm. From the perspective of a working parent, this is incredibly frustrating. I structured my day for accurate timing of pick up. I then waited around for as long as I could for drop off thinking i would receive my car in the next 20-30 minutes. None of this worked out at all and left me stranded and frustrated at my home. There was no communication and for a very expensive service, not even an apology. I hope that your dealership can improve its process for the next time my car needs maintenance. Thank you.
