Great experience

Promptly upon arrival, a service representative began checking in my Forrester. The work that I scheduled was completed in a timely manner. Both service representatives that helped menwe very prompt, courteous and professional.

Always great service

Always great service when I take my Outback to Hudiburg Subaru. I appreciate that it's always the same team in the service department (unlike some dealers, where I dealt with different people every time I went). And they always greet me by name. That counts for a lot! And I know they take great care of my car.

Great, Super friendly

Always great to deal with, would highly recommend them to anyone. I called in the morning, and they were able to get my car in on the same day. I don't expect that everytime, but it really helped me out when they could fit me in!

not happy with you

Tony Glover at 240 and Shields was the ONLY part of this auto dealership that I felt was good. The guy that closed the deal Steve Black acted short and mad the whole time I was with him! The man that worked up my sale Coach I think was snotty. And the Guy I used and felt Loyalty to was not very friendly either. I wish Id let him go and used Tony. I love the van, But service at Hudiburg tinker and Shields at the MANAGER end was Plain CRAPPY! they did not offer to rinse the car before I left and it was very dirty on the outside, I had to BEG for a top off on gas (this has always been standard in past experiences) Once the salesman leave it goes down hill on friendliness! I would have left had I had a way!

Had 2o'clock app was there at 1 o'clock they got in and out

Out by 2 o'clock very nice and polite Thanks Place was clean the personal were nice and professional put mat in car before getting in

Sales person

Had an awesome experience Steven...he went above and beyond for my elderly mom and dad last year. He is awesome. Plus a finance guy who was teasing me.

Krista is amazing, every time!

From purchasing to financing my vehicle, I've had nothing but great experiences at Hudiburg. The service department delivers on the promises made by the sales department. From friendly e-reminders to in-person explanations, Krista does an amazing job!

Both the saleman & Jamar (paperwork guy) were extremely nice

Jamar was very knowledgeable about the paperwork we needed to finalize the sale. Keep up the good work guys. Glen was less experienced, but made up for it by being extremely nice.

Fast, easy, and super kind and professional employees who answered any questions I had. I was bringing my car in for it’s 6,000 mile maintenance check and am confident it is in great shape.
