MARK LIMA AND ALL THE STAFF AT KIA OF CAPE CORAL ARE FANTASTIC. LOST MY 2021 FORTE DUE TO HURRICANE IAN AND MARK AND STAFF COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL IN GETTING ME A NEW 2023 KIA FORTE WITH NO HASSLE OR INCONVIENIENCE. GREAT WORK TEAM.

Rich did a great job helping us through the process of buying a car! He was prompt in answering questions, flexible in scheduling to meet with us when we had to change our appt, and patient through the the whole process! We would recommend him again for sure!

I had a ail in my tire on my Kia Soul and while I was

I had a ail in my tire on my Kia Soul and while I was in the service department I was introduced to Paul Alvaredo a Salesman who wanted to help me with a car that I could be comfortable with. I’m handicapped and my Kia Soul was not a good fit for me. I could not reach the tailgate to close it and sometimes when I did close it I would hit my head and I was afraid that I would really hurt my self. Paul said that he would never sell me a car that I wasn’t able to handle. He worked with me but the payments on the new car were not affordable for my budget. He worked with me getting in and out of the car and it had the automatic tailgate lift. But it was still out of my budget so he showed me a Sportage that had been in the dealership for more than 30 days. And he was able to get me a monthly payment that I could afford. He was very patient and helpful with me and he told me that he wouldn’t sell me a car that I couldn’t get in and out of and that I was comfortable with. Paul was one of the first salesman who took his time and patience with me. This was the third Kia I have purchased since moving to Florida. Paul Alvarado is very knowledgeable about all the features on the Sportage and took his time in going over them with me. He also told me if I needed any questions answered to call him anytime, that no question was too small for him and he was there to help. All the people I came into touch with were very patient and helpful with me. From Chris Mandich in Service, Paul Alvarado in Sales and Teddy Polanco in Finance. They made a very difficult time for me into a pleasant and thankful time for me. I absolutely LOVE my new 2023 Kia Sportage.

Here for an oil change. Talking with Mark Harrigan. Great customer service. Bought my KIA Carnival here and have been treated like family ever since. If you want to buy a car. This is the place.

My second vehicle in a year here at Kia of Cape Coral.

My second vehicle in a year here at Kia of Cape Coral. We make the extra drive to the Cape because we love the personal service we get from Abel and no pressure. I make the drive to Kia of Cape Coral for my service as well. The cleanest service area I've seen ever!!!
