Jonathan took great care of me and my car. My battery had died and was jumped by KIA Roadside Assistance. I thought I would need a new battery, but Jonathan charged it and kept me informed through the process. Battery is fine. Great service department!

Sold my 19 year old a new car. Cool. Said it was all...
Sold my 19 year old a new car. Cool. Said it was all approved everything was good she was on her way. TWENTY (yup, 20) days later still not knowing there was any issues what so ever they call and said sorry can’t get it done bring it back. Uhhh really isn’t the law 10 days? Yup, it is. Contract even states “a few days to get the deal done”. Said fine she will bring the car back have hers ready and In the 20 days y’all took not letting anyone know anything was wrong a payment was due on her trade in so pay it. You had it in your possession didn’t notify us anything was wrong, so it’s in the dealership to pay it. Literally was told “life isn’t fair” and “no one is reaching into their pockets to pay her car payment”. Needless to say laws were broken and claims will be filed. Thanks for teaching my daughter that no one else in life needs to be held accountable for their wrong doings. While we’ve spent 19 years teaching her responsibility, you guys mess up BIG TIME and show her that responsibility is a pick and choose game. So beware they’ll throw a Hail Mary that they can get you approved (with a 680 credit score mind you), not get you approved, not say a word to you about it, and wait 20 or more days to say anything. I hope this review and all the reviews and complaints that are about to be left and filed make someone else choose a different dealership.
