internet sales person Larry

be VERY Very careful!! Called on Thursday about a certain car, spoke with Larry to see this car on Friday. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from Maricopa to Avondale to find out the car was not even there. It took him so long to try to find a car, showed me a car one year earlier with 56k miles (joke) front end damage. STOP wasting my time. Turns out one of the mangers took the car for the day because brain dead Larry never thought of putting a note on the car "I am showing this car tomorrow" DUH LARRY!!!!!! Then tried ripping me off 5K on my trade in. They think everyone is stupid. They at least owe me 1/2 tank of gas.......

Hi Vicki, We're disappointed your time was wasted and the vehicle should never have been taken out and should have been ready to show you. As for the offer on the trade-in, your vehicle is a lemon law buyback, which severely drops the value of the vehicle. This vehicle would be very difficult for us to sell because of this and we'd have to sell it much lower than book value, which is why we had to offer $5k less than book value. I’ve taken my vehicle to Rodeo Kia for service ever since I bought it there. Always great service and they always inspect it for any other issues. They found an issue and informed me that the issue was covered by my warranty. Only place I take my vehicle for service.

Service Dept for service on my 2020 KIA Sportage.

Heather Pena has been my Service Writer for several years and she is just the VERY BEST. I find that Rodeo KIA is a exceptional place to purchase a vehicle and I will continue to use their service.

I haven’t had my vehicle for 2 months and I can already...

I haven’t had my vehicle for 2 months and I can already say the service department is full of xxxx. I took my car in for a fuel issue. I had just over a half tank of gas when I left it there. They had my vehicle for 2 days and ran my gas down to almost E & they also broke one of my LED lights that I just installed. I talked to Jonathan about this & he told me they weren’t going to reimburse me. I rarely ever like to deal with dealerships and this is the prime example why. I just glad I only have to keep this vehicle for about a year to a year and a half until I can trade it in. I’m s fresh bankruptcy case so this is only to help me rebuild my credit. Hope to never have to deal with you people again. I recommend my friend here but I’ll be looking for her to purchase somewhere else.

Great Customer Service

Booked an appointment and got a quick confirmation, showed up they took my keys and got me a shuttle ride and called me when car done. Quick efficient service and good communication.

Terrific Service!

Terrific service like always! Been going to Rodeo Kia for a long time for basic service for the Sportage. Last Saturday(11/2) the vehicle took longer, the service department made sure I was fed some lunch. I thought that was awesome of them. Thank you Heather and the crew!

Great deal, great dealership!

Just a super experience buying a "nused" 2018 Optima LX. at Rodeo Kia! Jeremy in sales, Jay in finance were both friendly & very helpful. General Manager Chad Chicon is really on the ball & has some great people working for him. Highly recommend seeing them if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, they're going to treat you right.

The sales people were great. Service people too.

Bought a new Soul for our daughter. The price was great, loved the warranty. They took the time to explain everything about the car to her.
