Kiera Sobolik from Pierre GMC of Everett Did an excellent job in customer service. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been shopping around other dealers all day, And Pierre GMC Everett was the last stop. We hadn’t had any great experience in the other dealers, so my mood was not the best. When we got there, Kiera greeted us with a smile and with a friendly attitude very different than the other dealers we felt at ease we liked the atmosphere. I would say because of the great customer service the Kiera provided we chose Pierre GMC Everett. Over the others. I would definitely recommend Friends and family to go there

I had an excellent experience with James Smith the sales consultant and Hector the Sales Manager, very professional in customer service and very knowledgeable about the equipment and details of the GMC. After visiting several dealerships I decided to come here. The treatment and their kindness convinced me to purchase my 2025 GMC DENALI ULTIMATE. I am very happy and grateful to James Smith sales consultant and Hector Sales Manager for making this transaction quick and smooth. I also thank Elmer in the finance area for his great knowledge and above all the kindness and patience in explaining every detail, always smiling and attentive to any doubts or questions, they were always available to resolve doubts and concerns again. If you are looking for a new or used car, I recommend that you go with James Sales consultant, Hector Sales Manager and Elmer Finance Manager, they will know how to find and help you with the best option for you. I give 5 out of 5 stars to the Dealer and his team. The truth is that I am very satisfied with the kindness and good treatment they provided this time. A very good experience.

Terry and Matt were Great to work with. Terry said order the truck you want , * Did not ask for any money ,said if you dont like it ,you dont have to buy it, WOW. Price was Exactly as we wrote in July 2024 for the 2025 GMC DENALI. Every other dealer is Give us the Money first, and All about the Sales Numbers . So if I need a new car or truck Pierrie GMC is first Place I'm going. My trade in was very close to what I had excepted, No LOW ball ,as I experienced at another dealer.. Finance was very easy, as was service contract, for oil and tire rotations. I except there service team will be as good as the Front end team

I had a great experience with your team. Kira was great. She was very easy to work with. Provided options that I might be interested in. She spent the necessary time helping me through the technology of my new truck! . She followed up after sale was complete and encouraged me to call with any questions and concerns. Additionally, the finance team made it a seamless process.

very bad experience, in all areas of your service. First of all, I have a problem, explained it in details and asked to fix it. I Was charged for the fix, but the issue still remain. What indicates poor quality of professionalize the mechanics have in your dealership. I had a trip to eastern Washington for camping, it was 4 hours drive and very hot weekends, the air conditioner was not working. Secondly, Paul (dealership customer service person) told me over the phone that my car salvaged and no warranty. I was surprised to learn that as I am the only one owner and had no issues/incident with the car. Lastly, the car was fixed at 2pm and I got phone call about it and I asked to pick me up right away. I was picked up about 5pm, I had to wait outside for another 20 minutes for shuttle what messed up with pick up location.
