I dropped my car off January 17, 2021. I called at the end of the first week and was told they have not got to it yet. Another week had passed and I got the same answer. Week three I was told it needed a motor. No communication during the time of the service and after all of that they had the gall to tell me I owed them a service fee. I asked what work was done. Just a diagnosis of listening. I had to explain after keeping my car for over two week and me having to rent a car. You tell me I owe you for doing nothing but listening to it and saying, you need a motor. Terrible service by this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. First time at dealership. Clean surroundings, pleasant well trained service employees. Pleasant wait area. Very efficient and my car was ready on a fairly short time.

I would recommend the service center even though the service today was not up to par.The wait time for an oil change was two hours. The service technician was polite and explained to me that there was only one tech on duty at 7 am When I brought the truck in. His apology went along way with me and I will bring the truck in for service again

An oil change has increased from $72 to $98 that’s absolutely ridiculous! After 5 years of service here this was definitely my LAST visit.
