Do not understand why it cost $392.00 to install side rails. Truck was in the shop for a little over 1 hrs. I’ll never have accessories put on at your dealership again. Your hourly rate is ridiculous! Very disappointed that it cost me almost $1000 to buy rails and have them installed. Would have cost $250-300 aftermarket but had to use Dodge to now void my warranty!!

Great service ran into a few hiccups with getting jeep fixed, but all was taken care of. My service rep Jallissa was great and got me back running.
