Took my truck in for an oil leak covered under the
Took my truck in for an oil leak covered under the extended warranty Victorville motors had the truck for 16 days for a 4 hour job no communication between service writer never answered the phone never return calls they text me on the the 15 th day and said truck was ready to pickup.i arrive to pick it up and looked under the truck there was oil everywhere under the truck loose bolts in the engine compartment and underneath and on the invoice it said they had changed the oil, oil filter and antifreeze and I always put the date and time and mileage on the oil filter when I change it and it was still on the oil filter so they committed fraud right there and no antifreeze in the recovery bottle I had them put it on a rack inside had the service manager come out. He was completely embarrassed and apologetic, but they should have fired the mechanic and the service rider. Unacceptable I reported them to the warranty company. I hope the warranty company sues them. If it was my money I would have sued them I will tell everybody I know never to take a vehicle there and I will never take a vehicle there. Worse dealership I've ever dealt with

There was no miscommunication the mechanic should have been fired I am still finding loose bolts the service rider never return phone calls our text .u don't give back a truck with oil all over it no antifreeze in it and charge for a oil change that u don't do iam a retired mechanic I would have been fired if I left a vehicle like that

Sales people were great Mrs.
Sales people were great Mrs. Lopez is the one that help me and she was awesome she’s young, but I would say old soul millennial she can relate to any age group. She did a fantastic job closing the deal. She’s definitely got a future in the car business, but I would say she would even be better in higher management position one day.
