Great courteous 60K service. All work done on time and reviewed with me when I picked up my vehicle. Loaner car was provided without my requesting one.

Battery Replacement

Santiago Jimenez recently facilitated the replacement of the battery in our 2017 MDX. I had charged the unit at home so that I could get to the dealership. Santiago had the battery tested and the ‘CCA’ showed that the battery was good. Drawing on his knowledge, Santiago kept the vehicle knowing that a recently charged battery often give erroneous values. Sure enough, the battery was weak and I surely would have had a dead battery the next time I went to drive the vehicle. The battery was replaced and we were on our way. Our thanks to Santiago, and Acura of Reno, for their great knowledge and wonderful customer service.

Excellent Service Department

Our experience with Acura of Reno was outstanding.

Acura of Reno has an OUTSTANDING service department!! The employees are very friendly and efficient. The quality of work done is always EXCELLENT. The waiting area is great with internet access, great TV's and FANTASTIC cookies, I have been going there for service for many, many years.

Infinity QX50

Bought a 2016 Infinity QX50 which seemed to be good deal until I saw damage to rear upper LT bumper area that had been half fixed in that some one tried to fill crack and painted it over trying to hide it. What a poor workmanship coming from a premium car dealership. I tried to contact dealership but got NO return contact at all. No one has even tried to contact for follow up on sales--what gives????
