I recently purchased a Ford Mustang, I was told there

I recently purchased a Ford Mustang, I was told there were 2 key fobs by 2 salespeople. It was my understanding at purchase by Gio, my salesperson, it was part of the purchase, since he was still “looking for it.” Now I am told that I have to make an appointment and purchase a 2nd key fob. They aren’t sure of the cost but it will likely be in excess of $250.00. This service, or lack of, is so disappointing since I counted on having this key fob.

Sold a used car I wanted out from under me.

Sold a used car I wanted out from under me. Eventually found me a replacement, but salesman was not very sharp in terms of business follow up. Management made me feel like a number. Would not hold a vehicle for a few days with a deposit so I had to take out a loan which I didn't want to do. Promised to repair some wheel damage but didn't completely finish the job. Not what I expected from a Lincoln dealer.

I had a really good experience with this dealership and

I had a really good experience with this dealership and will highly recommend them. My salesman (Maya) was great! Very informative and easy to work with. Communication through out was excellent. I'll definitely come back for my next vehicle purchase.

Wow, what a pleasure to work with this dealership! I am disabled so Tommy Stevens, my sales person, drove the car out to me to test drive, talk about service! He was very polite and helpful throughout this transaction, and he worked hard for me! Anthony Gardner helped us with some great options on the finance side. I would highly recommend LaFontaine Lincoln of GR for all your vehicle needs. Ask for Tommy when you get there, he'll take great care of you!

We had a seamless experience getting our Expedition

We had a seamless experience getting our Expedition delivered to our salesman Ben in Plymouth so we could make the drive to test the vehicle before purchasing. SO glad we made the decision to purchase our Expedition from Lafontaine, absolutely love it!!
