Everything was done to my satisfaction. No problems. There is one thing that is an irritant to me but was told that it was a safety feature, and nothing could be done with it.

Pheiffer service

Oil change and reset of transmission controls. With appointment prompt, knowledgeable, friendly advisor and techs. Free car wash also.

Best Service Arrangement

One of the primary reasons I upgraded to the Black Label trim level was the courtesy pick-up and delivery service from Pfeiffer Lincoln. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and their service saves me an extraordinary amount of time both driving and waiting at the dealership. Their drivers always arrive with a courtesy vehicle and a smile on their face and a pleasant demeanor.
