Edward Vargo was extremely knowledgeable about the Kia I was interested in and other cars I had considered as well. He understood what I was looking for and explained how Crown Kia could make that happen. I was impressed especially with the warranty and how he went the extra mile to get me the exact car I wanted even though it had to come from out of state.

Mark Andrijowych called us after we had requested a quote on-line for leasing a KIA Sportage.He asked what we were looking for and emailed what he had available that met our specifications. One fit the bill perfectly and we setup an appointment to test drive it and sign papers. It was the easiest leasing procedure that we have EVER had. Mark was a pleasure to work with and knew exactly what we were looking for and our time requirements. We got the Right vehicle at the Right price.

My salesman was Peyton Seay. I hate the process of buying a car, but Peyton really made it a lot better process. He listen to my wants and worked with every part of the process. He even made sure to question me when I was cleaning out my car. I thought I had everything and he asked about garage door openers and sun glasses. I would have forgotten my garage door opener and worst of all I would have forgotten my Bon Jovi CD. This young man is not like the typical salesman. I even enjoyed the finance officer that had me sign all the papers. I really would recommend Peyton Seay and Crown KIA. I am hoping to return with my mom to see if they can help her.

Mark Andrijowych gave us the best car buying experience by far! We hate dealing with car dealerships because every car salesman we come across is incredibly pushy and we always leave aggravated and defeated. This was definitely not the case. We told Mark what we wanted and he helped us achieve that goal without the sneaky car salesman tricks you see everywhere else. We bought this car with our 10 month old son in tow which as most of you know could have been a disaster when dealing with any other car dealership but we were in and out in no time! The best part about it was my husband noticed an issue with the wheels once we got home and being from the Dayton area, he called the Dayton Kia dealership to try to get it resolved with no success. One call to Mark and he had it taken care of! We couldn’t be more pleased with our van and the salesman that sold it to us! Thanks for everything!

Very nice service nice people to work with. And this is my second vehicle I bought in from them. I would recommend anyone to go there. They're not pushy to try to force you to buy something. They look for what you're looking for and help you. I wouldn't go to any other place.

Alex Greenland was very helpful. He kept me informed and told me exactly what needed to be done and what could wait until the next service. My routine service was quick and easy. Unlike other dealerships I have worked with, they have never recommended or required me to do any unnecessary service and don’t use scare tactics to get me to spend more money. I trust Crown Kia with my service.
