USED CARS: 1. Non-negotiable price. 2. Uses a cheap version of carfax. 3. Does NOT know any history about the car(s). 4. Puts the car through their 'safety inspection' then tells you what's wrong with it and EXPECTS you to pay an additional amount (my additional amount was $1100 plus an additional unknown amount to have another dealer look at why the airbag light was on)!!! Every other new/used car dealer would at least fix any cars issues BEFORE offering it for sale. 5. Horrible used car lot conditions. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!!!

Always a pleasure to work with Barber Ford due to the friendliness and superior work ethic of Charlie Ecker, George, Tony Bonomo and Molly. Work is always done correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Barber Ford to all my relatives and friends. Never had a bad experience at Barber Ford. Body shop is also excellent due to Steve and Colleen. Work I had done there is superior to any other body shops where I have had work done. Wouldn't think of taking my vehicles anywhere but Barber Ford. Since I purchased an Escape, my daughter and son-in-law have purchased 2 Escapes as well as my son-in-law's parents, making a total of 6 Escapes. Not everyone purchased their Fords at Barber Ford and had service here, but I'm working on that. Also thank you to Al Kringer in sales for selling me 2 fine Escapes.

My experience with Barber Ford Hazleton (BFH), as usual, was terrific. The "family" atmosphere, from the showroom to the garage, is very refreshing. The reason for the "God Rating" for overall experience has more to deal with Internet scheduling of service rather than the dealership. I was in a conundrum in the fact that I needed my vehicle serviced plus, I needed it to be competed before noon on the day of service. After-hours, II turned to scheduling my service via the Internet. Scheduling my periodic maintenance two-weeks in advance, with the vehicle dropped off the night before, the routine maintenance on my auto was complete until late afternoon of date of service. A really nice web update would be to allow customers to review the service departments scheduled service for a particular day. Then, as with a doctors appointment, perhaps the customer can then select a service time block. Understanding, of course, there will be a margin of error expected in the completion time since service times is an estimate. The review of the day's service, then adjusting estimated time accordingly, may require additional effort. However, in the long run, increase sense of reliability will increase customer satisfaction, and efficiency by allowing the the SM to more efficiently load balance a particular days workload. I had some serious issues with the service department on customer service with not great resolution BUT, I went to the sales manager Charlie and he squared everything away immediately. they have gotten my business back

Attempted to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership...
Attempted to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership with cash in hand. Salesman would not offer the full factory debates even after shown e-mail from ford. Additionally, on first visit I was offered a internet price which was changed when I informed them that I was using a special purchase plan. Even my trade-in value was reduced when purchase plan was presented. FINALLY the dealership would not release the car to another dealership that was willing to work with me. Only after not being able the complete this deal locally was I forced to travel outside of the area. Where I might add that the same type car but better equipped was 2100.75 cheaper...Barber Ford of Hazleton PA ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND AWAYS WILL!! Fourth Ford car in 14 months purchased, never seen such poor customer service.
