We had an hour drive from our campground and a 4 hr.

We had an hour drive from our campground and a 4 hr. wait but that was mostly because they fit us in without an appointment . Our roadside service Coach-net was able to get us the appointment in Bellingham. (kudos to Coach-net) We are in our Mercedes sprinter van full time and were camped out at Rockport , WA. Our Mercedes was acting up misfiring and at times not accelerating well on the uphill. A particular valve needed cleansing ( a common problem it turns out ) . The whole procedure was covered under our extended warranty including the diagnostic . Kudos to Mercedes -Benz of Bellingham and Kudos to Kelsey for explaining everything so well and taking care of us . Thank You sincerely , gerard & Lisa Nagle June 06 2024

went in for a routine service appt.

went in for a routine service appt. when i got there for an "oil" change the service person wanted to get brake fluids done which took another hour more. i said no. the appointment, for OIL only still took 77 minutes. i asked about the parking brake noise that my brand new vehicle makes, and was told "that's normal" i was later called by john their service manager. he wanted to smooth things over but wouldn't shut up and eventually said "i cant fix the parking brake" so why did he call me?

Hello Frank, You asked why John had called you so I wanted to take a moment and let you know. He was informed that you were not happy with the explanation regarding the parking brake noise and he wanted to invite you in to compare to a like vehicle. The parking brake is electric and the noise you are hearing is the solenoid engaging the brake. It was not his intention to get into a disagreement with you but rather to help you understand the nature of the noise. Your response to him did not allow for discussion. MY son went with me to look at cars.

MY son went with me to look at cars.John met us right away in the lot and visited with us for a bit and then asked Saige to take over.She showed us different cars and explained the features.We drove many cars and she stuck by us the entire time.We had this thought that car salesmen just wanted us to get something and not take into consideration what we really wanted.Saige and the rest of the employees put that thought to rest as they/she listened and were pleasant.We left to think about it but came back within an hr and bought a car.To Saige,John and Carter in finance it was a good experience. My son said on the way out the door if he ever needed to trade a vehicle he would come back to your dealership

Nice dealer and vehicles have great presentation. We made two visits before finding the deal that fit my daughters budget. On our first visit she was told: I hate to break your daughters heart, but she can’t afford it. She made an appointment with Kai and he had other solutions. The one thing I disliked was the 699 fee thrown in there, they brought it down to 350 even when we said we wanted to opt out of the device, they said they couldn’t. They did take $1000 of the sales price and Kai was very polite and genuine when explaining to my daughter what the total purchase price was going to be. The finance department was also very helpful and he was so honest and transparent. Both times we felt valued and both salesman kept it professional, except one offered more options or maybe the circumstances were different. As a loyal customer of a neighboring dealer which we had purchased 4 vehicles from, I have definitely felt like toyota gave us a good service and we will definitely have them as an option for our next purchase in the future. I will recommend that they have a copy of the terms and conditions for the vehicle insurance and the gap insurance in hand so that the customer can read before adding them to the total price. My daughter had to purchase the gap insurance from the bank instead, which we discovered that the financial manager was telling the truth that toyotas gap covers more. We just needed time to read the banks gap fine prints to compare, but couldn’t because there was no time. The positive side to this is that the finance manager has earned our trust and we will definitely ask for him if or when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle along with Kai’s great customer service. Car dealers seem to be changing for the best in recent years, but Toyota of Bellingham yesterday went above and beyond and has really made me feel comfortable to repeat business with them in the future. Happy father in the end. Thank you.

I recently bought a truck from Toyota Mercedes-Benz of Bellingham. After a week of texting questions to the Jared we made the 3 hours trek (each way) to check out the truck. When we got there Jared was busy, so he referred us to Scott. The truck was exactly as advertised. No surprises, which was wonderful. There was a bit of a miscommunication during our transaction and due to my previous poor car buying experiences I immediately thought it was a 'sales tactic'. However, Richard (the general sales manager) Scott and Jared all worked to rectify the situation. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure our car buying experience was a good one. Integrity is not usually a word I associate with car sales, but this crew certainly changed my mind. They were kind, helpful and dealt with our miscommunication with great integrity. It's been a few days now since I purchased my truck and I'm still incredibly happy. ZERO buyer's regret. I highly recommend them!

Purchased the new 2023 Prius, it drives like a dream. We love our new car, the team at Toyota of Bellingham was lovely to work with, low pressure, and honest. John Cabal, our dealer was super helpful getting us the car much sooner than we expected and helped us with all of our questions. Jessica Gonzalez from the financial team was a delight and was very transparent with our options as well.
