First service visit with our Tacoma purchased in August. Outstanding experience! The requirement of 25 words minimum should be eliminated. Clients need not use 25 words to let you know all was excellent. Just sayin...

My overall visit to Toyota was 5 stars. I really liked our sales guy, Jacob Alvarez. He was extremely friendly, helpful, answered all of our questions, and also made sure we got what we wanted out of our new vehicle.

Very welcoming experience at the Toyata Dealership! Being a soon to be first time vehicle owner their was some stress into making sure everything was perfect. Dropped my truck off early in the morning.Service dept forgot to do my oil change. Had to reschedule. Only got $20 off. Should have been free.

Always a 2 to 3 hour wait even with a scheduled appointment, haven't ever gotten an oil change sticker. Never have they reset my light/warning light for oil change even after I reminded them that they didn't do it last time on my first time having an oil change. I had to youtube it and fix it myself. Also can't honor warranty!
