Very professional. a minimum number of words reminds me of high school essays... absolute waste of time and effort. I got to engineering school and technical writing class taught us to be concise and precise in our writing. Use the fewest words necessary to get the point across

It was a great experience. They had the truck I wanted...

It was a great experience. They had the truck I wanted and helped me get the payment low enough for my budget. John was very easy to work with and was very efficient which I appreciate. This is the 3rd car my family has bought at Toyota and we will be buying another in the future. Thank you.

Not a very friendly experience. I regret coming back a...

Not a very friendly experience. I regret coming back a second time. Going to use a different Toyota dealer in the future. First time I went, I had a guy tell me Toyota doesn’t do drive up oil changes and I needed to schedule one. Except, you know, that’s part of the Toyota policy. Last time I went was a little better. Still not coming back by choice.

1st 6 month or 5,000 miles

Great to have the Toyota Care. Easy to schedule appointment online and appreciated automated reminder email to bring the car in. Staff was careful about wearing mask 😷 and cleaning surfaces. At appointment staff was friendly and helpful. Had a question before my appointment and was not able to get through by phone. Stayed on hold 20 minutes and gave up. Then filled out request to get a call via online appointment form, but didn’t get a call. With tire rotation part think there’s a setting on car computer that needs to happen after driving a number of miles. Wish they reminded me of that upon pick up because tire pressure warning message on way home was a little alarming. My husband handled when I got home. Thanks for the Toyota Care. Stay safe and healthy.
