7 out of the last 8 visit, they did not vacuum nor top off fluids! Even after they said they would. If topping off wash fluid cost extra, I would be alright with that. But they don't bother to do that.

Easy to schedule service on-line. Courteous staff and less wait time compared to other Toyota dealers. Job done as promised. I checked the tire pressure after the service and the four tires were perfectly set at 34 psi. I do that all the time and it’s a rare occurrence in other places.
