Clean friendly and helpful. Efficient service. Didn’t feel like I was being oversold services. In fact I wish there were more TRD options for my 4Runner given all the TRD signage around the shop. Not the dealers fault tho.

I highly recommend Toyota of Bellingham. They offer complimentary pickup of your vehicle during this Covid lockdown! They also have knowledgeable service representative’s! They are honest in their recommendations if they happen to find any additional repairs on your vehicle.

Rod is always friendly and knowledgeable and it’s a pleasure working with him. The only issue was the length of the service. We expected it to take about 4 hours but it took over 6 hours. It was somewhat difficult to reach him via phone and text when requesting status after 5 1/2 hours.

You went out of your way Even came and picked up my car and returned it. Thanks 😊 I am very very happy. Could not have asked for more.
