Scheduling my service was a breeze and Alyssa was extraordinarily helpful and nice to work with. In the past my notification for service completion has been sent to my husband and I've asked to have it sent to me instead. While I wasn't able to get that accomplished previously, Alyssa offered to have that information updated without me asking and it was done immediately. When I picked my car up I was helped by Sage and she was also very nice and wonderful to work work. Both of these women are an asset to your company! I hope to see them at my future service appointments.

We had a tire rotation at Costco Tire that resulted in 2 broken studs. Toyota of Bellingham was able to immediately receive us and repair the studs within the hour and at a reasonable cost. The customer service from beginning to end was fantastic. Turned a downer of a day right around!
