If you hate the idea of car shopping and dread running into the stereotypical car salesman, go to DCH Nissan and ask for Mark Vicens. He's exactly the kind of guy you want to buy a car from. He's straightforward, easy to work with and most importantly, extremely respectful of your time. Mark made buying a car a PLEASANT experience. Even though he was busy, we never felt rushed or under serviced. He answered all our questions and when we were ready to sign, he expedited the process and had us out of there as fast as possible. Mark started the paperwork and then handed us off to Howie Salka in the finance department. Howie was also very easy to work with and had all the paperwork ready for signature in record time. We were done with Howie in under 40 minutes and he handed us back to Mark who had the car washed and ready to go. The entire experience was actually fun. Never thought that was possible. I highly recommend Mark Vicens at DCH Nissan. If you are in the market for a used car, give him a call at 732-780-3600 or go see him.

I am a widow and had no clue what to expect when buying a car. On arrival I wasn't sure if I'd parked in the correct area, there was a man standing outside, who said no worries, I was fine parking there. This person was Jim Small. From that point on, he put me at ease, answered all my questions, introduced me to the Sal and Alexandria, helped me in all aspects of this transaction. I walked out of the dealership not only with a new car, but a feeling of happiness. I have not had one moment of doubt regarding this purchase. Thank you all at DCH Freehold Nissan!

It was a cold snowy night, I had worked all day and I had a sore throat when I entered DCH Nissan with my wife. Needless to say I did not want to be there, but my wife insisted we go look at new cars. Jim Small introduced himself, upon seeing Jim I realized his name was a misnomer, He is a big guy. Well long story short Jim was able to turn my miserable mood around. I found him to be easy to speak with, knowledgable about the product and laid back in his delivery. There was no "buy it now or the deal goes away" nonsense. We purchased a vehicle at a fair price and we are happy with it. Howie made the paperwork a snap. I recommend DCH Freehold and Jim Small.

My sons 2013 Nissan Altima was due for service so I went on-line to make an appointment. I picked a date and time and scheduled the appointment effortlessly. My on-line appointment was followed by a very polite telephone call from a Freehold Nissan representative confirming my appointment. When I arrived at the service facility a greeter immediately welcomed me and checked in my vehicle. He then escorted me over to my service writer Jennine Lakes who was waiting for me. I then observed the greeter placing a protective floor cover down in my vehicle and encased my front seat with a plastic cover to protect that as well. Very considerate ! Jennine Lakes was professional, courteous and very efficient. She listed to what I wanted done and made a few suggestions to me that I happily added to my work order. I wanted to wait for the vehicle and Jennine clearly marked on the service request to expedite my car because I was waiting. I sat in a clean and comfortable waiting area and enjoyed a breakfast snack and coffee courtesy of Freehold Nissan. Before I know it, the car was complete. Jennine came out and informed me that everything was done, she explained the invoice to me and escorted me to the cashier, who by the way was also very professional and courteous. I have to say that I was very impressed with the efficiency and the professional manner in which this service center is operated. The price charged for the work I had performed was very fair. This was an excellent experience and I have to commend the management of Freehold Nissan service for maintaining a very efficient and professional staff. My son bought this vehicle at Freehold Nissan and he was extremely happy with the manner in which he was treated by the sales staff. All in all this is a very good dealership and I would recommend them to anyone. I am considering the purchase of a Nissan Rouge from this dealership...If and when I do, I will let you all know how my experience with the pricing and deliver were. Its an excellent dealership, but the price of the vehicle is also very important...To be continued...

Marc gruben was awesome. I recently totaled my car and walked in not knowing what to expect as I don't have the greatest credit situation. Marc walked me step by step through the process along with Howie from finance, I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. He got me into a brand new 2014 nissan Altima while he was friendly, patient, and best of all there was no pressure from him as most other dealers will give. I am very satisfied with the car I got and plan on purchasing many more vehicles from Marc and dch freehold nissan. Thanks Marc

Buying the car was no problem it was after the sale I had a problem. Temp. plate expired, and several calls lead to nothing being done. Hopefully my daughter doesn't get a ticket and if she does hopefully DCH will pay for it. For $375 I should have had the plates and reg. within a week.

I was extremely satisfied with the service Dave gave my husband and i when we purchased our Rogue. He was friendly, informative and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Dave as a salesman to any of my friends or family. I had trouble responding to the original email sent to me. Please give Dave a top star rating for me.
