THIS IS AN EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP !
This absolutely is the best dealership ! I called to make a service appointment for my Altima (oil change)...and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. Made the appointment very easily. Upon arrival on the date of service I was personally greeted by a polite and efficient employee who escorted me to my service writer Jennine Lakes - she greeted me with a warm smile and a big good morning - This is the third time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jennine Lakes and I must say that every time she is upbeat, friendly, caring, very professional and knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She helps to make the dealership experience smooth and actually enjoyable. After getting the paper work taken care of she personally escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the coffee and bagels...a nice morning treat. When the car was ready, she came and got me and went over what was done etc and escorted me to the cashier. I have to say, the personal attention that you receive at this dealership is unique and very refreshing. It is a pleasure doing business with this dealership. If you decide to use this dealership service department, please take my recommendation and ask for Jennine Lakes - she will halp you in any way that she can. Great dealership !!! They deserve the award that they received this year.

Excellent customer service and outstanding vehicle service
My normal visit on 5/6/14 was for an express oil change, tire rotation and to check on a new noise I was hearing. I was greeted very professionally and efficiently by Liz who is extremely knowledgable and very intuitive. She reasoned very effectively my vague report on the unusual sound I was hearing and made a clear reference for attention to it. I always request service with Andy Plank because of his superior knowledge and high quality service. And this visit proved why I am so trusting of their total quality of care I receive by them both. A major necessary repair was detected to replace my worn out struts. I was advised to return the next day 5/7 for a complete replacement of top quality Toyota strut parts. I did and there became a need to also install new shocks and so called "boot insulators." It was required that my Solara remain overnight and I was offered car service or a rental for my transportation needs. What turned out to be a very expensive and time consuming unplanned car event was handled extremely well and efficiently at a top level of customer and automobile quality service. So all of the above facts lead to one very important message I must share with you. Your wonderful staff members, Liz and Andy, represent a highly regarded reputation of your DCH Nissan Service Department. I freely recommend the integrity that is available at your service business to anyone I know who is in need of top qualified and highly efficient service providers. Thank you!

Great experience
Our experience at DCH Nissan was exceptional. We were interested in a small SUV and wanted to test drive the new Rogue. We explained we were test driving a number of other vehicles in the same class and would not be in a hurry to purchase. There was no high pressure sales pitch and we felt very comfortable with the way we were treated. When we decided to purchase a Rogue i spoke with Lisa and then Terry on the phone and told them what we were interested in. They found what we wanted and brought it to their location. After a lot of research We had a good idea of what we wanted to pay. It was actually quite painless to get to the price range we were looking at. When a price was agreed on there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever to purchase anything extra. We kept waiting for the sales pitch and it never came. We were made aware of the extras and that was it. We were extremely happy with the overall experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ed and Jeanne Sorrenti.

A very pleasant experience
So many times we have had high pressure, unfair, and really unpleasant car buying experiences. This time was very different. Our lease was coming due and we went in to the dealership to see what kind of lease deals were available. We were greeted by the receptionist who paged Terry Lee and she came right out to help us. She worked with us and offered a few different deals. We told her we'd be back and there was no "what can we do to put you in this car today" high pressure sales pitch. We called back and asked if we could do a few other things and she was totally agreeable. The night we picked up the car Terry was attentive even though she was dealing with other customers at the same time. Once we had all the details worked out we met Joe Clossey in finance and he was very easy to work with, again with no pressure to add anything on to what we had already agreed upon. Overall, a car buying experience that wasn't torturous.

2014 Frontier
I generally do not like car salesman at big dealerships but Marc Gruben was excellent and made the difference of me buying that day or not.

Service out of the ordinary for a Car Salesman
Marc went out of his way and provided service that i am not used to getting at a car dealership. We all know the reputation that auto sales people have, Marc is more like a real person. He stopped by my business on the way to work. This is a service level that i have not seen from an auto dealer in many years.

Pleasant experience
I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of this transaction. I have done business with this dealer before many years ago, so I thought to return. David is a very low key but persistent guy, who really wants to work with you. They accommodated me in every way possible, even returning my rental to the rental car company for me. Yes, there was a little back and forth, because I had a restricted budget but in the end, we came very close to each others goals. I will definitely recommend this team for your next purchase.
