Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

We purchased a jeep wrangler sport and a town and country touring L from Ernie. He found the vehicles we wanted. This was the second minivan we purchased from Ernie. He is friendly and always gives a great price.

Overall very bad experience, we took delivery of a Grand Cherokee and after getting home realized the temp inspection was not attached. We also traded in and were due a check which we still have not received over10 days later due to the fact that Manny never took a copy of the contract to submit and then "forgot" to contact us. The overall experience has been unacceptable as the team never returns calls and gives us a run around. Wish we had gone elsewhere.

Went to test drive jeep grand cherokee and met with Ernie Feri .Ernie helped my wife and I in every way in the purchase of our new jeep.He was very knowledgeable and showed us everything the grand cherokee has to offer.
