Great experience through the whole process, walked in looking for a Chrysler Town and Country and got great advice on which vehicle and timing considering existing lease with different OEM. Great price on top and very efficient and customer friendly communication both via phone and email. Let's hope that through the lease this will stay on the same level if I have a problem which I hope I won't in the first 3years. GREAT experience - both from Ernie and also Frank, the manager.

I researched online and this dealer was the one that had the most credentials. My wife and I knew what we wanted but we had questions. Ernie was extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly and We will definitely come back to buy another vehicle.

Mr. Ernie Feri was very friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. That was very good because I was not going to be pressured into a sale. He tried to accommodate me with regards to my requests and was very persuasive in how he presented the Chrysler product, my trade-in, finance, rebates, discounts, etc. It was a very complimentary approach by Mr. Feri and the whole staff ( security, valet service, service dept. personnel, sales manager, and receptionist. Overall it was a very good experience in purchasing a new car.! And that can't be said about a lot of the other dealers that I came into to contact with! I would recommend this dealership very highly to any of my friends and colleagues who may be interested in purchasing a new or used car. I am very happy about my experience with the 2013 Chrysler 300S and this dealership. I have heard a lot of hair raising stories from people purchasing cars from many dealerships? Jimmy Inginito and his salesman Ernie have always treated us like family, not just customers. It is very hard to trust car salesman, but these guys always make my family and I feel confident that they do everything in their power to make us happy and feel confident with our purchase. I liked Central ave. Chrysler /Jeep so much I have purchased my second car from them the service is always great here. I didn't look anywhere else, hands down I recommend you visit the Yonkers dealership, ask for Ernie Feri and get a great car and deal. Ernie gave me the car fax and I didn't even ask for one, he also helped us set up the Sirius radio account right there as we drove of the lot. i saw a car on this website and called the dealer they were very rude, when i told them the price of the car i saw online(5995.00) they laughed at me over the phone and said the price of the car was 8995.00 i told them i have the print out of the car they said they had to talk to their manager. they called me back and told me the was 8995.00 and it was sold but if i wanted to put a down payment on the car i could. this went on for 3 days. i was called and given another price over the phone of 10000.00 for the same car. so i went to someone really high up and emailed him. i never heard anything from him. instead i got another call telling me the car was gone. the other people who were waiting for the bank got the car. well if that so then why was this car put back on dealerrater.com and cars.com for sale? so i am warning you these people will lie to you in anyway they see fit. if they don't want to deal with you because your a "problem" they will just tell you the car is sold. i don't know why they have such good reviews. maybe they wrote them themselves. i read everything on the post and i didn't say anything about any money down. and they said they didn't know who or why this add was put on dealerrater but they didn't know what to tell me. they didn't take it off this website for 3 days until i wrote the person who was really high up. not 5 mins after i wrote him the ad was taken off. very shady people. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!
