We live far away. I found the vehicle on the internet and had several phone conversations with Art. He was always friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions as best as he could. I had also spoken to other dealerships and had other vehicles to look at. We chose to go to Simi Valley Chrysler Jeep first because we felt we were being dealt with more honestly and that the vehicle they had was superior to the others. We believe we made the right choice, for not only were we treated very well but feel we got a really good deal on a great certified Jeep! Thank you Art for all your help! I had the worst experience at the Jeep dealership in Canoga Park. It was so bad I left their location and drove 35 mins away to Simi Valley, and I'm soo glad I did. I was greeted with ART who turned out to be one of the best Salesman I have ever dealt with. Also, everyone else there so nice and welcoming, that is made it worth the drive. I went to Simi seeking a new truck to meet my needs. I drove out with a new truck. Sunshine was great with showing me the selections available, and answering all my questions. I was given a very fair offer on my trade in, and competitive deal on my truck. I received full service and instruction for my truck before I left the lot. Hilda in finance was lightning fast in processing all my paperwork for the deal, but would fully explain all the paperwork and answer any questions or concerns I had. My car has been there since June 20, 2016 I've called, talked to managers Zach and Brysn, promised phone calls back for an update but I get nothing.. Last two days I was promised a calI I still haven't got one. I do have corporate involved now this is absolutely ridiculous. Paying for a car to bff in service. My car is only 10 months old and has been in service not only the past 35 days but over 4 times for the same problems and other problems they love to tell you it's always a recall. To top it off I bought it from them too... They obviously don't care about their customers....... Big waste of time and money....... Very frustrated customer
