I took my Ram 1500 in due to air conditioner not working properly. Well, a week later and a lot of excuses, to include that a rodent had eaten through some wires, it still was not fixed. I picked up my truck and went home. Then I decided to take it to a local mechanic, who had it fix in 20 minutes. He also stated it was a break in the wire and not rodents. As far as I concern, I will never go back to this dealership for the lies they told me and for their crummy maintenance work.

Let me say that my entire experience was exceptional. Jesus Ortega was prepared to answer all of my questions regarding the Ram product and options available. Jesus and Mac located the Exact truck I wanted, The sales and management team listened and met my needs without any "typical" sales tactics. The pricing was fair (I had shopped pricing out of state). Jesus delivered the truck to me the next day at work which required him to adapt multiple times to my dynamic schedule. Prior to my new career I was in the auto business (service), have bought multiple vehicles and can say I have not recommended many dealerships. Based on my experience I with Simi Valley Crysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, I highly reccommend their team.

Great experience. They (Sunshine & Art) found the exact model I wanted, it arrived the morning I walked in, and the service Dept had it ready in under an hour. The lease process was pleasant and quick, they had us out of there in 2 hours (test drive, leasing, financing, and an in-depth tutorial on the entire vehicle.) They were super honest and upfront, if we said "no" they listened and did not put any pressure on us. They worked out an awesome deal. This is my first jeep, and I love it.
