Poughkeepsie Nissan

I have been trying for 10 years to find a service department I trusted. I have found that in Poughkeepsie Nissan. I have been screwed over multiple times by dealers selling me unnecessary work for rediculous prices. I had a bad alternator and needed a new battery and they fixed it no problem and the service a manager Greg Gatto even helped me out with the pricing of the battery. The front desk staff at Nissan.. I think they call them service writers are OUT OF THIS WORLD. One man named Ed was so sweet and so knowledgable it blew me away and made me feel so comfortable. The mechanic who worked on my car Gareth A Brown took me on a test drive to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. I feel so safe driving my car now with no noise, no check engine lights, and no problems. I will be taking my car back there as soon as it's needed!

I purchased my car from Poughkeepsie Nissan 4 years ago and ever since I have been bringing my car there for routine service, when I walk in they know me by my name. Great service and great people I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

When I was down the service team got me up and going again in a very short time. Excellent work and great customer service. This is what keeps me coming back.

Brought in my pick up ( different make) to Po'k Nissan service last week. The diagnosis was accurate and the work immeadately finished. The entire staff was friendly & professional. I will always work with these folks.

Wonderful dealership and salesperson Michael Wirth! He was very attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He addressed any concerns I had and was extremely patient in explaining the features of the car before taking off the lot! Mike did not pressure me at all when deciding what vehicle to get, which I am very grateful for. It made my experience alot more pleasurable, less stressful and reassuring. It was a pleasure to work with Mike Wirth and GM Fran. Even after buying the car any questions or concerns I have Mike still is as patient, knowledgeable and attentive addressing them just as when I first bought the car! I've been doing business at Poughkeepsie Nissan for 11 years and have yet to be disappointed. From my very first Nissan in 2006, every experience exceeds the previous one. My salesman Michael Wirth has taken the time over the past 10 years to get to know me personally as well as my likes and dislikes. We have developed a very good Business and Personal relationship. This to the point that at times when I am not sure what I want, Michael has already thought about the things that would fit my needs and makes very good solid recommendations. He has always provided me with top-notch service. Never any sales pressure or gimmicks. Just facts and good information in order to help me make a good well educated decision on the purchase or lease of a new car. As I am entering into retirement, I had two cars I needed to combine into one. I had a 2015 Nissan Altima as a lease, and I owned a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Trying to figure out what my needs would be as I enter into retirement, it was hard to decide whether to go with a sedan or an SUV. It's amazing how my salesman Michael knows what I want or need, sometimes before I do. I told him I was in the day before and had a discussion with the general manager Fran Pomerico. Feeling uneasy about what to do as far as a purchase or lease in retirement, it was nice to be able to sit down with Fran and get a very unbiased opinion and advice from someone I've grown to trust in the Auto industry. His insight and advice were very helpful in making my decision. Having owned two Nissan Rogue's previously, I knew that they were very reliable and dependable, and would give me the versatility and utility that I would need. I decided on leasing a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL with SL Premium and Platinum package. It's only been 5 days, but I'm already in love with the car and very happy with my decision. The day I needed to pick up the new car, Michael offered to drive my second car back to the dealership. Talk about going the extra mile for the customer. A perfect example of wonderful customer service. I could never think of having a different salesman or going to a different dealership for any of my new car needs. As an added piece of mind, i have come to trust and appreciate the service area. All the service advisors are very attentive efficient quick and expedient. They are always very polite friendly kind and courteous. This is truly a great car ownership experience with all the right elements rolled up into a nice package.

Had a wonderful experience with the service team dealing with my Infiniti G35. Service was quick and easy. Reccomend this dealership to anyone needing repairs.

A vehicle out of commission creates havoc- so having a service manager and a team who cares and gets me back on the road quickly is appreciated! Poughkeepsie Nissan stands behind its vehicles & its service. I would not go to any other service team in the Hudson Valley. 10 out of 10.

my experience from the time i walked into the dealership until the time i left was unmeasurbale. mike wirth in sales went out of his way to mke sure i was happy. he then introduced me to danny tubbs in service. from that point on there was no reason to go to any other dealership. the respect i get when entering the service department along with a warm smile from danny is reassuring that i am in good hands. thank you to danny for his hardwork and dedication and always making sure my service needs are met. why would anyone go anywhere else! this is the place to be, keep up the good work and thank you

I have worked with James Capriola several times. Every experience has been professional, friendly and most of all in my best interest. Fran the GM worked hand n hand with Mr. Capriola to meet my needs. All I can say is you don't find very many car salesman and finance people like Jim and Fran. Thank You!!
