From start to finish, this was a seamless transaction! We purchased 2006 Certified Chevrolet Suburban with the able and affable assistance of Clyde Brown. Clyde is top notch and goes out of his way to please the customer. The vehicle purchased was originally at the Connolly's Chevy dealership, the two dealerships worked in concert to make sure our vehicle was perfect! We were so pleased that we sent my parents to Clyde and Herb Connolly Acura to purchase their new car.

Matt, the manager in the body shop, was outstanding. He was extremely courteous and respectful – a true professional. He reviewed the pricing with us in detail and even managed to save us some money over the original estimate. The work was completed on time and the car looks perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I just bought a Certified/Pre-Owned 2008 Acura MDX from...

I just bought a Certified/Pre-Owned 2008 Acura MDX from Jon Filleul. He was very helpful and not at all pushy. All of my questions were answered and all of my requests for service/repair were met. Price negotiations were straight forward without any games. After the sale Jon still took time to go over the entire vehicle with me and he took care of a few last minute requests. It was the best car buying process I have been through. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to a friend.

Had a problem with service as they forgot to record codes...

Had a problem with service as they forgot to record codes on a new nav system. Called in and teh burden was all on me - in spite of their mistake. Was frustrated but calm and the service contact made a big point of telling me not to yell - which I had not been doing. At the end asked to have the service manager call me and was told he ouwld do so. Never received a call.

The sales rep was not pushy and I was pleased with his presentation of the automobile. The remaining support staff worked effectively to get me into my automobile in a timely fashion as well. The test drive provided us with a no pressure to buy but we found the vehicle to our liking so we managed to coordinate a great deal with the dealership on site.

Seamless transition from internet browsing to car...

Seamless transition from internet browsing to car delivery. Model selection, pricing, trade-in and financing all smooth. Jennifer in financing very helpful and friendly. Car delivered with all requested options and accessories as promised and when promised. Would buy from here again. Clyde is genuine, conscientious, agreeable, honest and reliable. Whilst I experienced driving the car Clyde presented all the features of the car in a clear and concise manner. Clyde conveyed a true affinity for the car. The absence of unwelcome selling tactics was much appreciated and helped define the experience as classy. Overall I was left with the impression that I had started to build a relationship with the dealership which will support my car in service and reflect the positive values that were demonstrated to me in sales. Car is immaculate and a blast. Thanks Clyde, Jen and team.

Truly the most pleasant car buying encounter we have ever...

Truly the most pleasant car buying encounter we have ever experienced especially when we consider our recent UNpleasant and ridiculous experience with Acura of Boston. Herb Connelly even provided an "en gratis" repair of the driver seat after we had already purchased and picked up our 2006 used car.

The experience was great. The employee was very friendly, kind and no rush explaining all the fixtures of my new car. Definitely I will recommend this dealership and this employee to help anyone. A good customer service makes you feel good and that is what this review is all about.

I recently, in August of 2008, purchased an '08 Acura...

I recently, in August of 2008, purchased an '08 Acura TSX. Johnathan Filleul was my sales agent. He was very attentive to all of my requests, very patient seeing me through the process and left no loose ends in 2008. Recently however, I contacted Jon because I was having some troubles with the remotes of my car starter. He thankfully contacted the appropriate service technicians and was able to ensure, in a very timely manner, that the problem would be resovled as soon as possible. I am more than satisfied with the services he has provided for me and feel privileged to have had him as a sales agent. Everyone is so kind and very helpful there. I therefore highly recommend Herb Connolly Acura.

Visited Herb Connolly in the Morning to look at the TL....

Visited Herb Connolly in the Morning to look at the TL. Ended up buying a 2010 Acura TL AWD with Tech Package (A fun car). The process from start to finish went very smooth, low pressure, and actually enjoyable. Clyde Brown was very well acquainted with the car's features, its comps, and relative merits. The dealership is very nice- service people seem very friendly. The purchase (negotations for car and trade-in and the subsequent paper work) were low stress and actually pleasurable. Delivery was made later that afternoon. The car was spotless. Clyde helped my wife and I through all the settings and got us on our way. Overall a great experience!
