Great service

Elmhurst. Service is top notch.will return to have my BMW serviced?.dan the shop foreman test drove with me to make sure. It was fixed right the first time.

I love my BMW X3. Thanks Elmhurst BMW!

Michal was so helpful! Will never go to a different dealer! I am a recent college grad and Michal was so helpful during my first car purchase! I am recommending him to family and friends!!

This was another excellent sales experience with Elmhurst...

This was another excellent sales experience with Elmhurst BMW on my second BMW purchased from them this year. Everything was very professional and straight-forward with competitive pricing. The sales staff, service staff, General Manager, and Finance Manager are all superb. When reviewing the lease paperwork the Finance Manager discovered another obscure $500 BMW credit that he applied. This was on top of the two $1,000 BMW credits that I knew about. When the car arrived at the dealership, my client adviser called me while it was still on the truck. The Service Manager expedited the dealer preparation so I could take delivery promptly. I have leased or purchased seven BMW's. My last four were from Elmhurst BMW. They are the best. I highly recommend them.

Eugene was extremely easy to work with. We purchased an X1 to replace my wife's X3. We told Eugene what we were looking for and he checked his dealer stock to find a car that would meet our needs. He actually found 3 cars. The one we purchased was a very low mileage Demo that actually had our most important requirements. It also had a package that was more than we needed...but we liked. Eugene gave us a very attractive price on the X1 and also a great price on our trade in. We purchased the car and Eugene had the car cleaned up and we took it home. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. This was a low pressure friendly situation. My wife loves her new car.

Dave Hubner and Irv professionally and efficiently helped my wife and I order her 2014 535xi configured just the way she wanted it and at a fair price. We had the opportunity to check all options, new features, and get all our questions answered about the new model updates. This was the seventh new car we have purchased from Elmhurst because we are always treated very well throughout the dealership from the receptionist, sales staff, service department and management we are always treated with respect and as if we are the most important people in the building, We continue to recommend friends and family to Elmhurst and plan to continue returning there to purchase our BMW's . Our second purchase with Michal Banach at Elmhurst BMW. We went back because the first experience was so positive. Elmhurst BMW is a very low-pressure sales philosophy dealership with a true sensitivity toward customer needs, objectives, and bottom-lines in negotiating a purchase contract. A flexible sense of give-and-take is the hallmark of a gifted sales person who has the ability to make a customer feel important in the process and a valued partner in the total selling and buying equation. When we considered buying our second BMW, there was never a question where we would go to find that automobile. Car dealerships and salespeople are generally perceived to be consumer adversaries. It is to Michal Banach's credit and Elmhurst BMW's sales philosophy that there is no sense of an adversarial relationship. We will definitely return to Elmhurst BMW and to Michal Banach for our next auto purchase.

I have never seen a worse customer service. Poor handling of customer. Sub par website updates. Saleman makes a customer drive 30 miles and has the audacity to tell him the car got sold off

I shopped around looking for the right price and best...

I shopped around looking for the right price and best value for my money. I bought from Josh who knew all about the BMWs and helped me pick out the right car. He took the time and did not pressure me to buy. The Manager worked with me and i fell like I got the right car and a good price. I am so happy with my BMW it is such a great car and it drives like nothing else i have ever owned.

Leased a 2013 550i xDrive in February. worked with Eugene Royfe who handles Internet sales. Excellent experience....no hassle, clear, open and honest communication. Highly recommend Elmhurst BMW and Eugene Royfe in sales.!

Poor customer service, finance was mis-leading and when...

Poor customer service, finance was mis-leading and when an error was brought to their attention that cost me money they chose to do nothing about it. Purchased the CPO BMW from a distance and they brought the car up to the minimum standards to meet CPO. There are alot of dealers to choose from, I would avoid this one.
