The two gentlemen that I listed above have always went above and beyond their duties to make sure my wife and I received the best service when purchasing our new cars from their dealership. They both took the time to sit down and work with us personally on the price for our trade in and the price of our new 2013 sienna as well. My sales rep was Larry Skelly, he was great. The minute he walked up to me I knew that I was in good hands. He explained everything to me and i walked away with the car that i wanted. I was experiencing difficulty closing the rear driver's...

I was experiencing difficulty closing the rear driver's side passenger door. We always take our Avalon to Elmhurst Toyota for service, but this problem occurred in the parking lot of Mariano's grocery store in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Two men from Mariano's tried to solve the problem without success.It was taped with Duct Tape, so I could safely drive to Elmhurst Toyota. When I drove into the service department, Joe Sturgeon and Terry Lewis were quickly able to repair the latch, so it would close properly. They even removed the adhesive left by the duct tape. I truly appreciate their kindness and expertise. Thank you sooo much guys!

From the moment Mr.Salidas(Steven) introduced himself he was personable, knowledgeable,and a pleasure to work with. We told him the type of car we were interested in and the financing deal we had read about, and he immediately addressed the availability and all other questions we had. Since Elmhurst Toyota didn't have one in stock, Steven checked and found out they could obtain one from another dealer in just a days time. He offered to take us for a drive in a 2013, and was very skilled at showing both my husband and me how the Prius drives and allowing us to ask alot of questions about everything we were unfamiliar with. We had never driven a hybrid before, so it was all new-made easy by Steven's guidance. There was no pushing, just an offer to answer any of our questions and my husband and I left to look at another make and model of car. After that experience, we decided we wanted to go back to Elmhust Toyota and negotiate with Steven for the purchase of our new car. As went our introduction, the negotiation phase was honest and straightforward. We felt extremely satisfied with our purchase. In addition, since we were getting a loan for the car, we had to work with Mike Hackett, the finance manager, who was amazing to work with as well-personalbe and professional. We have been buying cars for 30 years and we both agreed this was our best experience ever.You will not be disappointed if you work with Steven Salidas and the staff at Elhurst Toyota.
