If I need a loaner while they work on the car, it's never a fee or a problem - so rare! I love the frequent text updates while they're working on my car. They're friendly, too!

Took awhile, would have been helpful to be updated after the hour that I was told it would take, went by. I had to initiate the follow-up after an hour 1/2 and the vehicle was ready shorty thereafter.

Brandon was extremely helpful in the service dept.
Brandon was extremely helpful in the service dept. They took my Forester in and kept me updated on the replacement of the transmission. They had to order one and got me an extended warranty so I did not have to pay for the work done. Very impressive that the would go above and beyond expectations. Brandon set me up with a courtesy car for the 2 weeks it took to get the transmission. I was very impressed with the no cost repair and loaner car! Thank you!!

TIRED OF WAITING
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE I arrived 15 minutes early for a 1:00 appointment; at 2:35 my car was still waiting in the parking lot for it’s 48,000 service checkup. I got tired of waiting and just left for home Over the past 9 years I have got nothing but excellent service from Steve Lewis; I only hope that this shabby treatment is not a sign of things to come
