The way car buying should be
I was in the market for a 2017 Subaru Forester. I had done my research but never having owned a Subaru, I had questions. I visited 2 Subaru dealers in the area and settled on Steve Lewis. The staff at Steve Lewis Subaru made the entire experience great. They were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. They never gave me a hard sell but rather listened to my questions and concerns and took the time to answer them thoroughly. I got a very fair deal and I'm very happy with the Forester. Tyler, Terra and Larry are exactly the kind of folks you want to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be a return customer.

Fantastic Experience
This was my first time buying a brand new car and I of course was anxious about it. Josh Love was the salesman who worked with me and he did a fantastic job helping me feel at ease and and made sure that I didn't feel pressured into buying. He took his time and showed me different cars that I was interested in. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient in answering all of them and ensuring that I felt comfortable. Together with Tim, they made sure I got a great deal and got the car that I really wanted. They also were attuned into some concerns I had and were able to explain things in a way that put me at ease and alleviated my concerns. I am also appreciative to the help of Shayne in finance. He really explained things well and answered all my questions about various options and costs. He took his time and really wanted to make sure I had all of the information I needed. I am highly satisfied with my experience and am greatly appreciative to the integrity and professionalism of Josh and his colleagues. All were great at Steve Lewis Subaru
The staff I worked with were very knowledgeable, competent and patient. Paul understood what I was looking for in my new Forester and delivered without questioning my decision or pressuring me to up grade. Larry in finance made things vey easy to understand and was such a pleasure to work with. Benny spent 30 minutes with me in my new car reviewing the new technology until I got it. Great Service, Effortless adventure
Just purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback and Todd Gerry and Larry Flakes made the process easy and effortless. I arrived for an appointment after a previous conversation and Todd had the cars I was interested in ready for a test run and was more than knowledgeable about the cars and what would be best for me and my family. Larry made the finance piece simple with no pressure to work outside of my comfort zone. Great cars, great service! Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service!
Although I had a great experience buying my car, the follow up since has been way less than sufficient. Nearly two days after buying it I felt the car needed an alignment. When I called, I was told that I was calling the wrong place for the issue. Next, we hadn't had the car 6 months and there was an engine issue. Car wouldn't go more than 20 mph. They did not stand by the first fix of this issue, then 4 months later it happened again. They finally sent it to a Chevy dealer the second time. And now today, the THIRD time it happened to my car in just under 2 years of owning it, I call and they put someone in service on the phone, he was less than helpful and passed me off as the had "no record" of my car or having it fixed. It is flippin pathetic.

I called the Dealership spoke to EJ as I had been involved in a accident, very helpful as he took my info. and then Roger And terra took care of the rest to make sure I had the same car I had as mine was totaled all of them were super I could not be more satisfied .

No Hassel Buying
Easy experience with this dealership. I wandered into the lot without any sales pressure. I had already done my homework on the Legacy, so didn't need the sales pitch. My salesman Roger helped with a few detailed questions regarding the Eyesight System. Price negotiations were fairly simple since I already had other price quotes. Also adding extra options was fairly simple. Delivery was quick even though I added several extra options. Terra was very helpful in explaining all the new technology that the Legacy came with and my new options. The only negative would be no factory privacy glass. Already had them tinted. Thanks everyone. Love the new ride.

Excellent Service, Excellent Staff
This is the third Subaru I have purchased from Steve Lewis dealership, which should say it all!! All the staff I dealt with were so friendly, courteous, and knowledgable it was a pleasure to do business with them. They answered all my questions and explained/demonstrated all car functions in an easy to understand way (all the computer features were knew to me.) The staff I dealt with (Dan, Cassie, Larry, Dave) were wonderful.
