Randall was the perfect agent to help me buy my first new

Randall was the perfect agent to help me buy my first new car in 40 years! Knowledgeable, professional, patient and never pushy. I love my new Acura RDX. The rest of the staff were great-special mention also to Gary Smith who cheerfully and enthusiastically oriented tech-limited me to all the technology in my new Acura. Thank you Randall and Gary!

I just purchased a 2022 TLX A Spec Blue from Swickard

I just purchased a 2022 TLX A Spec Blue from Swickard Acura. The experience was great! Gary Smith was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and passionate. The process was positive, and the sales and finance team took great care of me. I told them what I wanted, why and how I wanted it that way, and they made it all happen. I traded in my old car, and I had an amount in mind. They came within $500.00 of my expectations, and they made up for it in the other end of the deal. Highly recommend this company and Gary Smith especially!

Gary, the fantastic salesperson at Swickard Acura, made

Gary, the fantastic salesperson at Swickard Acura, made the whole process of trading in my RDX and upgrading to a new model seamless. He answered all of my questions and was very upfront about the car and the lease process. He never pressured me into anything other than what I had planned on buying. Took me for a fantastic test drive, spent time sending me tutorial videos and made sure I knew he was available for any questions. I can’t recommend Gary enough.

Vivian and Gary were the ultimate duo.

Vivian and Gary were the ultimate duo. We worked out a deal in less than an hour but unfortunately the car was not on site and we had to wait a few days for delivery, but it was worth the wait. We got along so well my wife and I literally stayed and hung out with them just conversing until they closed. They were just really cool down to earth people. None of that fake just trying to get a sale out of you feeling whatsoever. It was actually hard for us to say goodbye. We will definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle and we hope they’re still there. We wish them nothing but the best.

I currently drive an Acura from this dealership.

I currently drive an Acura from this dealership. I'm grateful to have an Acura and to partner with this location after having a terrible experience with my previous vehicle, a VW. Aron sold me my vehicle. He was wonderful. He listened to my needs and worked hard to get me the best deal. I have brought my car here for service a few times. I recently visited and was helped by the service advisor, Frank. He provided excellent service, he communicated well, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. He also made sure my car was serviced promptly.

Great guys at Acura. I dealt with Aron and he was very knowledgeable and conscientious. No high-pressure sales tactics which I really appreciated .

I highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks to service your

I highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks to service your vehicle. They are honest and professional. My service advisor Frank Aguirre is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained in detail what needed to be done. He also took care of the recall that I received in the mail, plus I was offered a loaner in case that the recall took longer than expected. Excellent customer service! Very satisfied, I will definitely bring back my vehicle for their routine maintenance.
