Great Experience

Bought a Range Rover from them. Received great service, and a great price. They offered a competitive rate, great price and whole process was straightforward.

RUN!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!

Gravity Autos Chicago (Used to be M&I) I purchased My Van In May. A month and a week later. I took the van back to the dealership on June 23rd. The Transmission is gone. The Van is still at the dealership. The dealership will not fix it or release my van unless I pay them $500 for the trans flush that they supposedly did. The dealership did the flush without my permission. They will not answer phone calls, they will not give me the General Mangers name or phone number. They are very rude and unprofessional. The Man at the front desk is very rude and wont speak and tells me its my problem. This dealership lacks Morals and ethics. please DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!

Shady Dealer with hidden pricing mechanisms.

I highly recommend you avoid this dealership. I went in to buy the car and agreed to a price with the salesperson and the manager. They could not sell me the car on that day because it had to pass inspection but we agreed on the price. 3 days later, I receive a text saying the price went up by $1,700 because there were more views on the car, and therefore the price went up. Beware of their shady malpractices and hidden fees. There is a $1,600 fee on every car for a 360 shield that does not prevent rust or scratches. When you ask about the price of a car, it's all generated by a "computer" so that's how they avoid ownership of price increases.
