We scheduled an appointment and met with a salesperson to view a car, but the experience went downhill right away. The vehicle was clearly not prepared—it was dirty inside and out, with noticeable grime throughout the interior. Considering the car has reportedly been sitting on the lot for 191 days, it’s hard to believe it’s being properly maintained as they claimed. I was there with my 18-year-old son, who is looking to buy his first car. I made it clear that I was guiding him through the process to ensure he gets a fair and honest deal. Despite this, the salesperson repeatedly targeted him directly and tried to put pressure on him, which felt inappropriate given his lack of experience. I had to step in and make it clear that any final decision would come from me. When I asked about pricing, I reasonably requested a discount given how long the car had been sitting. I even stated that I was ready to purchase the car that day if the numbers made sense. Instead of working with us, the salesperson came back with a higher price—adding a $2,900 dealer fee on top of the already $47,000 listing price. Rather than negotiating, they made the deal worse. Overall, this dealership lacks transparency and genuine customer service. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of a young, inexperienced buyer rather than helping us reach a fair agreement. There was no sincerity in their approach—just a push to close a deal at any cost. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend them.

I spoke with Liz day before,make apoitment she told me car is available,I drove 1 hour and 30 min just to see that the car is sold,Liz was so rude she didnt even try to apologize,I lost my day for nothing

What a wonderful experience for gravity autos to make my daughter’s dream car come true my daughter had the occasion along with me to fly to Chicago and meet with Gibran and he was absolutely amazing. The finance manager Danny was absolutely fantastic, not to mention Nebi. My daughter purchased a Lamborghini and she could not be happier.
