I was given prompt and friendly service from Daniel Gadbois. He was friendly, respectful, and attentive. However, I discovered sloppy dealer prep after I took delivery. They installed a front license plate bracket that completely blocks off my factory winch. When I got home and took off the bracket, I discovered that they were 4 crudely cut holes in the plastic bumper panel that cut through and gouged the actual metal bumper below. The sloppy cutting of the bumper panel is also visible with the license plate bracket attached. I voiced my displeasure but they claimed it was normal.

Bart was excellent. Set up the appointment, outlined the problem for the technician (in writing), and even finished early. A drama-free experience!

Visited the government Jeep in Acton was created by Ellen evidently the sales manager and she introduce you to man name Mick El ghoul I found him to be extraordinary personable direct and he answered all my questions which is very rare thing when you’re going to buy a vehicle it was more than helpful and I will not buying a 2023 Jeep gladiator thing I found interesting about Mick was he could you straighten eye when you asked him a question he didn’t look away I looked down and he had the answer almost immediately his demeanor put you and I would recommend if you visit this dealership, you should ask for Mick a scale of one to 10 and I feel like I have a new friend. The man is extraordinary and when I was transferring my stuff out of my rental, it was more than willing help me carry the stuff and everything and I declined to have them do so I was embarrassed. I mean, I’m a grown man myself and , I just had too much respect for him but like I say if you go there ask for Mick, there was also a gentleman that their name Randy who allowed me to leave my rental layer and I’ll make the arrangements for the rental company to pick up the vehicle made me feel comfortable And Nick and I had a picture taken together by gentleman name Leo, a young gentleman, college age also very personable They show true hospitality. It’s not put on and I thanked them again.!!

Have used McGovern for service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee since purchasing it from them. Recently rescued me 3 days b4 inspection expired when e.gine check came on.
