Great experience. High quality service. Turned in leased Grand Cherokee limited and picked up new leased Grand Gherokee. Worked with Gabriel about 3-4 weeks ago. The transfer went extremely well. Gabriel was excellent. He was knowledgeable with a great personality. Gabriel met my wife and I at the Regiatry of Motor Vehicles in Kennebunk, Maine. He dropped off the new leased vehicle; guided my wife and I through the registration process; and showed us how to operate our new leased vehicle. Then, he drove back to the McGovern dealership. Operating the car has been great.

Upon receiving my new vehicle, carol was through when reviewing its features before handing over the keys. I have been a customer at this dealership for well over a decade. I have always been pleased with the staff on the showroom floor and service department!

Was told 9AM for an appointment only to receive an email the day before booking me for 940 Full price with service for a taillight replacement was over $800. Granted part of this is due to design. But absurd. Ended up waiting over 2 hours for a taillight replacement to be finished. Wasn't quoted anywhere near this when booking appointment. Service waiting area is essentially a large closet. Waited upstairs in sales instead. Showroom isnt even a showroom - not a single car on the floor - all been converted to cubicles in the middle of the show room Went elsewhere for inspection after - wasn't going to spend another dime here... only to find front headlight was out. Apparently when replacing one light.... no one could be bothered to walk around the card or run diagnostics to notice this.

Had an oil change and tire rotation. I always got good service at Acton Keep and am glad this same quality of service continues with McGovern.

After shopping other dealerships I took the 30 min. ride to Acton and spoke to Kendra. Negotiated a no preassure deal for both myself and my girlfriend for a new Grand Cherokee! We are very happy with Kendra and Jason!!! Highly recommend!!! Worth the trip for sure!!!
