World class service
I had lost the key fib to my cadenza . Second one that came apart in a year . Kia should look at their key design as it’s not as secure as a Toyota key . The fob button is too big and gets hit and fob falls off easily . Toyota has a much more secure key . My car was in the garage and would not start . I had a huge schedule and Josh and DEVIN at Kia to help me . Talk about world class Serice DEVIN cage to my home to reprogram my key and was amazing . Josh is the best whenever I’m in a pinch . Dave , John the service manager Josh who always welcomes me by name and DEVIN are the reason I wrote a 74k check to buy my two cars . John Gillis owner should be very proud of DEVIN, Josh, and Dave in the service Dept . They ensure that I will always buy from Friendly Kia !! Dave is my service professional and he knows I drive a lot alone all over Florida . He keeps my car in top shape and is aware of the safety measures when I’m in his office . Forgive typos my phone autocorrects .

in shop for scratch repair and install apple car play bad paint job and didnt fix apple car play Manager wasn’t interested in helping

Replace rear tire
Went to the service area with tire with slow leak, they found the problem (nail), replaced the tire and had me on my way in under an hour.

Car fixed after accident
I was in a car accident and had to get the front of my car fixed. Brian Bain took excellent care of me and my car. Fast service and very friendly and helpful. Get me up to date on everything going on. Very appreciative for Brian and his help. Would recommend friendly Kia to anybody. thank you !!

Friendly Kia is Fantastic
Friendly Kia Dealership professionally caters to customers from the sales floor to the service department. The staff is always frendly, professional, courteous, and honest. And they do a very good job. Also, they provide me a free car wash when I get my car serviced, As a matter of fact Friendly Kia gives free car washes whenever I need one, And, while I'm waiting, they offer free fresh donuts, coffee, snacks and TV while I wait. The staff that vacuums my car returns to me lost loose change they find in my car ! So honest ! They strive to keep customers happy and they succeed, as I am one very happy customer.

Very quick to get you through the service and they keep you informed every step of the way. Love that they provide a ride to/from the dealership. Very convenient! I’d go just for that perk alone.
