Perfect

My experience was seamless. I called for an appointment and got in the same day. The gentlemen that helped my was on point. He fixed all the things my car needed and even found a couple recalls. I was expecting to pay more than I did but due to the recalls it was less. I'm so thankful to him and I will never take my car anywhere else. I will definitely recommend you to everyone!

Everyone was helpful and friendly.

friendly and excellent service

The staff was very friendly and professional. Service was excellent and done in a very timely manner. While I was waiting I could enjoy snacks and beverages.

Good service and fair pricing

Had an electrical issue and under warranty so took car in to be looked at. Tech called and advised that it was battery so I asked what they charged knowing what it would cost to do on my own and they installed a battery for $2 more than what it would have cost me. Just like any service center they have a bunch of work they want to get you to do but they were low pressure and just provided me with a list.

Kia did a really good job and we were happy the way we were treated. The service department guys were very helpful. We would recommend Kia to our friends and neighbors.

battery replacement

My wait was a little bit longer than I was told, but I did show up with a dead battery and no appointment. So, taking that into consideration, I was happy with the service provided and everyone was pleasant and professional.

friendly helpful employees.....went extra mile to assist us

only complaint I might have is said all deals include $300.00 gift card.....later told it is included in the deal not actually given in a card.....find this to be misleading and my neighbor who went to Mr. Huge and his Kia place recvd a cruise....tv...etc..etc...and got the same deal on top of that....I really didn't expect a gift but it was presented as such......
